Useless staff don’t listen incorrect items missing items told multiple times cannot complete basic tasks, Unpleasant experience

Review edited Area manager fixed our order but the staff are still useless need a lot more training.

Definitely not a place I will ever return to.

An issue with app order. They took money through app and were extremely unhelpful to sort out.

Ordered a pineapple fritter, which I didn't finish. Oil in fryer might need a change.

Everytime I order the spicy chicken this restaurant is very stingy they don't give me any spicy sauce or I get very little I just ordered spicy box meal the red hot satisfied they did not give me any spicy sauce again why don't give me any spicy sauce I'm not happy at all

A decent Red Rooster with average waiting times and friendly staff I always get the flavour rap and the rap is always fresh so cannot complain

Barely any sauce in my rippa roll and saw a dead cockroach on the floor when I walked in. Bit of a yikes.

Picked up a meal at 6pm on a Friday, probably the smallest and driest whole chicken ever served, also got some mini subs for the kids, the rolls were stale and hard. Got some fried chicken tenders and they were under done and not crunchy. We have always bought from here and it’s been hit and miss, tonight was a massive disappointment

Stay away, seems to be under new managment and the quality of food and service has gone even further south than it was before. I'm not sure what the point of the drive thru is, they take your order but don't seem to actually make what you order. Then when you get to the window and correct them they just give you whatever they made instead and pretend that they've fixed things. These guys are bad even for your average Red Rooster. Think about that.

Always manager to find a way to stuff up my order. Ive have received out of date and soggy food from here twice now. I complained and some indian sounding person didnt want a bar of it and said there is nothing wrong with the food and hung up.

Food and service has greatly improved in the last 3 months here. As good as any red rooster around

Shocking wait in drive through today (approx 10+ Mins) for some cold chips and a Chicken roll that when I had a look at is now noticeably smaller than it used to be. Far better service and value elsewhere. Bye Bye RR Never again

It’s always something here.
Today, it was brown lettuce that was frozen solid, and undercooked chicken in all three burgers
My apologies to the decent people who work there but, for the rest of you muppets - lift your game if you still want your regular customers.
Every bloody time with these clowns, but I’ll end on a good note. The Coke Zero was flawless and the soggy regular chips just made it into the ‘passable’ category!

I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but I am honestly disgusted with the sauce in just the red burger. It’s feral, tastes like burnt tires. I had half the lettuce field in my burger also, probably to compensate for how bad the sauce tastes. I can usually eat anything when I’m hungry but that was just inedible. My friend was in agreement with me. I gave red rooster benefit of the doubt today, but will not be going back, or recommending to anyone.

Tried the order and collect option to use a voucher sent to me by RR. First the voucher wouldn't work and I was overcharged by $4. Second, I paid but didn't get acknowledgement of my order, only the payment.
All that said, the shop honoured the order so I got to try the spicy fried chicken which wasn't too bad. Certainly better than KFC whose spices seem insignificant by contrast.

Bad and gross. Didnt even eat it. Chicken was dry, skin was overfried, dry and flavourless. Didn't even taste like red rooster. Skin was inedible and just looked like it had been lying around for days. Worst red rooster experience. Is it really that difficult to get it right? You have one main thing on the menu to make and that is fried chicken but you couldn't care less to put in any pride or effort into serving quality?

Kudos to the counter attendant at around 8pm 28.4.22 for being patient with me and my voucher / freebie sideshow act.

Waiting in line as I’m typing this only two staff members are working amazing service great staff

Tried their highly advertised hot spicy fried chicken, 6 piece pack at $17: 45.
Not very hot but an overwhelming vinegar taste, won't have that again, the KFC equivalent is much better, crunchy, hotter & NO VINEGAR TASTE.

Basic takeaway chicken done fried to compete with KFC. I thought it was better but the chips need work. Limp and not very tasty.

I was ordering takeaway from this restaurant Sunday evening around 7.30pm. Very slow service, I had my food after over 20 minutes waiting, staff looked like they were having a fun by serving later arrived customer before me. This store seems left behind compared to other red rooster and manager was not available at store.
