Availed their services thinking that they can better provide me more information and help me get the visa. We have to pay and sign the agreement before registering to avail their services. Once you sign the agreement and money is paid, they allocate one focal person which I have to keep following up to seek appointment to lodge visa. Called their office to get in contact with focal person and I managed to contact focal person. I wanted to see focal person in person and discuss how to prepare strong evidence with supporting documents. But She told me that she is working from home and if I need any additional information or clarification, I can visit their office any time where some one is office will give me any additional information I need. I got very minimal information and support to gather evidence documents to support visa application. So disappointed with the services.

The staffs has been pro-active and professional throughout the visa application process. To be specific, they respond instantly to my emails and queries.

I recently had an initial appointment as I trust that Red Earth would be able to help me with my visa options. The agent was knowledgeable and provided me with great advice.

However, I wasn't too happy with her being late for 10 minutes and cut off the call without letting me know in advance (while I was still talking). I just think it is common courtesy to inform your client before disconnecting the call, and even though I paid the initial consult of $110, because of this experience I will not be dealing with this company anymore.

I initially went to another Immigration Agent for my parents Visa arrangements but I was concerned about how much they wanted to charge for Sub 600 12 month stay. I did more searching then decided to give Red Earth a try as they had good reviews and they quoted me more than half of what the other agent wanted. At first I was concerned that cheap probably going to get what you pay for, but I was totally wrong. The visa process totally exceeded my expectations and was super affordable and communication was always prompt, I never had to send any reminders.
