Red Dot Secret Harbour

Five Stars.plus many more for Kylani at my favourite Red Dot Store in Secret Harbour.
The other day, as I was leaving the shop, I mentioned to Kylani that because I had a few other bags full of items from a variety of shops, I had better take them safely back to my car, then head to Coles in Secret Harbour without all the extra bags.
Well while I was busy shopping, I noticed Kylani walking towards me. She had one of my bags, which I had accidently left at Red Dot! What a surprise!
How absolutely wonderful that she had searched up and down all the aisles in Coles until she found me. She had remembered I had mentioned I would be in Coles. Thank you so much Kylani for your initiative! Ann

Tidy store with a great range. The manager Lee-Ann was very knowledgeable and kind. I was able to get what I needed thanks to her. Liv at the registers was polite and efficient. Thanks!

These guys (manager and staff) not only hooked me up with with what my princess need'D they did it with class, patience and prosperity when I took the last few moments of there time as they were closing up

I have been very excited finding there the products I wanted and how many I needed.
The service at the front counter was very great.

Not sure what has happened, used to be such a nice store but has just gone incredibly downhill. Used to know the staff quite well and they were all lovely but the new staff have very poor customer service and are unfortunately racist towards any person of colour who enters the store. Disappointing but unfortunately not surprising.

Great range of craft products, always a neat and tidy store and the staff are very friendly

The staff are always very pleasant and friendly. Prices are good and there is a good selection of items considering it is a smaller store. I visit this store often.

I had a terrible experience at red dot yesterday I was treated like a criminal by all of the employees. I just wanted to return an item (I had the receipt and box and it had never been used) but instead I was brought to tears by the employees constant degrading comments spoken to me by what looked like the manger. I’m a 16 year old girl, I believe that they thought they could treat me horrendously and I would be silent and not say anything, and that’s just disgusting! I would strongly advise not going to reddot secret harbour because of these reasons.

Awesome store manager. Always have costumes on hand for all occassions ie Halloween book week.

It is same as the other Red Dot stores. Same range as other stores but the staff were helpful and friendly.

Would prefer a Reject Shop here and an improvement with Staff customer service and company/product knowledge
