Quite a large building for kalamunda. Has more than you would think. Convenient so you don't have to fight crowds at major suburb stores. Staff are generally friendly and is also generally quite clean.
Very clean shop. Staff members were very helpful and very professional.
I often go into this shop and are served by friendly staff, however on Friday I was served by a young lady who was nothing short of absolutely rude blunt and to top it off just said "receipt? ". Of which I replied " Oh yes please I would love a receipt, and may you have a Wonderful Christmas". In all my years of working in Retail I have never ever experienced such rudeness ever. If ever you are not in the right headspace to deliver top notch customer service at the counter you should just remove yourself from the register as this is not the job for you. I usually find what I am looking for, I need a storage box suitable for Thomas the tank train equipment, the 52 ltr is to small and I didn't want the very lge one but get train buildings in bigger is better, the staff are always helpful with a ready smile
