Red Dot Fremantle

Very Rude lady on the counter, I arrived few minutes before it closes and said" 8 minutes to close" didn't even said good afternoon and sorry. Need real training on customer service.

Variety of Christmas decor which I was looking for! Very friendly staff and neat store. Will go there again.:)

Staff were very helpful & willing to offer & provide assistance where possible. Was able to leave feeling my knees hàd been thoroughly met & addressed, happy.

It's a great place to shop when your on a limited income & they sell some amazing things from stuffed animals to anything & everything you could need or want inside & outside of your place.

A big and spacious outlet with a friendly owner. (I think he's the owner; he's there a lot and is friendly to customers.)
I've found items here that are not available in other outlets.
As always, prices are very competitive. Helpful staff too.

We were supposed to only go in to pick up some canvas for my little girl to do some art work. Half an hour later I came out a looooot poorer. I love all their fairy stuff.

I went in there with some friends and we were just browsing the store but this really mean and rude lady was giving us death stares and then approached me and told me to put something back that I had stolen something and said it was in my pockets and so I emptied my pockets and all that was in there was my phone and my wallet and nothing else but she had assumed that just because I was a teen that I was stealing which was obviously not the case. She then proceeded to confront me and my friends and told us that this is her shop and that we didnt deserve to be in her and by that point she had been so rude already that we just decided to leave because we were just browsing and minding our own business on a beautiful saturday afternoon but she just came in with a storm cloud over her head. Not impressed.

The shop is a must-visit for bargain hunters, like all Red Dot stores. This one however suffers from the general malaise that Fremantle is now suffering from.

Awesome place to get some cheap items, they basically have everything you could think of! Great customer experience!

Although it does have a wide selection of various types of products the customer service does lack and I found that they were alot if the time aggressive

Great place for inexpensive various items such as toys, home goods and some foods. They usually have some clothing and DVDs too. Nice staff, friendly. If you enjoy shopping for bargains you will like shopping here.
