6This September I had my daughters 7th birthday, I was in a rush and Bertie was amazing! Helped me pick the right balloons at the best cost. Helped when I came to grab them. And was just super lovely at a stressful time. I also popped in for lollies, party bags, decorations and wrapping paper. All round I saved more coming here then Big W. Would highly recommend.
Disappointed I ordered balloons picked them up at lunch time and they were deflated by 8pm that night. The foil balloons are still afloat. I didn't op for the hi flo because surely they would last longer then 8hrs!
I also ordered balloons from another retailer 3 days prior.they are still a float!
Decent range but then everything costs more when you get to the register than is displayed on the shelves. Seems like a bit of trickery.
Some of their Staff are not trained in customer service, saying I don't know instead I don't know, but I will ask. Their attitude, lack of knowledge, and sheer laziness, amazes me. You have a great shop with poor sales people.
It's good and worth a look but still not as good or as cheap as the reject shop.
