Horrible staff.
Young girl working at the counter had a bad attitude and threw my item across the bench.

Very rude counter lady. They need to be educated how to serve a customer.
I went last Sunday to the store and purchase around $30 things but when I went for checkout she was ignoring me and just roaming around checkout area. It was so annoying. Is this her store? She is just an employee there. They should respect and care every customer.

Staff misguide the customer and have no clue of the products they sell and quality lacks. With Balloons a big NO NO

Bad experience, ordered party balloons for my son’s birthday, when I called them and asked for order girl said it’s not done yet.so I requested her to cancel few items if the order is not made yet and she agreed, later when my husband went their store to collect order she refused to give us refund for cancelled item and said she informed me that order is done already which was wrong communication. I was very disheartened

The lady on counter Irna was so good to me and she help me to find the product but another lady was so rude not doing anything except standing there. I give 5star because of Irna

Small little store right in a quite shopping centre. Nice and easy to get too, staffs are friendly

Halloween and all the tricky game items and costumes are available here, along with party items. It's probably the biggest branch.

A total time wasting experience.
I required a cash refund for a cash purchase. $3.00 only.
Store manager failed to have an understanding of the refund process or how much of my time she wasted, more than 35 minutes. First she was unavailable then failed to apologise when she finally did appear, she claimed refund was given when staff advised her she was incorrect. Finally at my insistance, $3.00 was seemingly regretfully handed over she disrespectfully failed to even look at me.

Was shopping last night here and the young girl that served me was so rude it was not funny she threw the basket down on the ground and stared at me and my girlfriend so rudely and needs to learn some manners and customer service don’t recommend this place to anyone

Good variety of stock but staff are rude and always act like it's too much hassle to serve customers.
