Red Dot Bentley

Workers are amazing honestly it’s the customers that are horrible, so why ask them to put a smile on their face. Every time I come in another rude customer, please understand that they are young and know what they are doing and if they are unsure there’s no need to be rude. Karen’s everywhere these days, non stop theft what more do u want from them. They are doing their best and doing amazing. They always greet customers and will be blown out not acknowledged. If you can’t be nice to the workers shops somewhere else for Christ sake! I just feel so bad coming in and see how horrible the customers treat these young kids/adults.

I thought the red dot in warwick was the best kept of all till I saw this big beautiful red dot in Bentley.excellent with extremely helpful staff

No customer service. There is girl name lowy was very rude to me.she was talking to me this morning 13th of Feb at 2 pm in very aggressive possy way when I was confused with the carpet sizes although I offer her help returning it back.she made me feel sad and upset.how they hire this kind of staff.she didn't even smile.no friendly environment at all. I always bought my staff from red spot different branches but this girl made me hate this place.

We bought several planter boxes. Cheapest and very good quality. But if you ask employees about any product information they simply reply with they don't have it or finished. They don't even bother to check in the system like whole library is sitting in their heads. We have been there dozens of times and same experience. I an waiting for the day when they will say, wait a minute, I will check and let you know. Some staff are rude as well.

They were okay nice

Great little shop. Has bits and pieces for household, clothes, hair, pets, garden, snacks and more. Good prices for pretty decent quality stuff.

Smaller sized red dot. Store has been clean and stocked full on all visits I've been in. A selection of costume type goods is available year round, not just at Halloween. Food selection is minimal though lots of snacks to buy.
Good to pop in while you're waiting for your scripts at the chemist, you'll find something you like.
I've noticed the other reviews saying the customer service is poor from the young staff, I've been here many times and have never experienced this. Staff have always been pleasant and sometimes greet me as I walk in.

The employees require extensive training as they lack in fields of customer service as well as overall knowledge of their products, i was very disappointed when i inquired for a product and they responded very rudely

Nothing lasts from this store. I purchased a doll with my daughter and by the time we got home it’s leg fell off and was not repairable due to the way it was made. I also purchased a dog mat for my Pomeranian and it fell sparse when first washed.

The children they hire are perfectly competent until something goes awry, then they show their lack of life experience and training.

Today I had a very bad experience in this shop, 'store manager' as she said was very rod with some customers, not polite and very aggressive, for everyone please be careful when dealing with this 'RED DOT' store in Bentley shopping Center.
