First time trying. Food was super good and quality. The lady working here was very friendly. Price is surprisingly reasonable.

Food is always excellent at this place however seating is very small and cramped.

So its best to have bookings or to be extremely early. A good thai restaurant to come for their stir fries and curries as their menu is based around simply thai foods.

Been here about 6 times always excellent service and food also very cheap price for a decent meal.

Greeted hastily by young girl requesting I takeaway my meal. To her disappointment I ate in, i had 45mins before the advertised closing time. Her comprehension of the english language requires attention as she struggled to understand my questions. Overall the customer service was poor.

On the flip side, I had the papaya prawn salad and it was very tasty would recommend even tho I believe its slightly over priced for what you get.

Also noted that when using eftpos there's a surcharge. Nothing's for free

Food was alright, but shop was too hot. A/C didn’t work. Front was a bit old, and the cash register also.

Awful service - clearly booked our table at 19: 30, given our table away to someone else even though we were on time. The waitress was extremely rude and unapologetic- said that other people came first that’s why they got the table even though we clearly had a booking. Very disappointed as we have been long time customers.

Authentic Thai Curry, noodles with quite atmosphere for family lunch and dinner in Vic Park WA.

I recently found this restaurant and highly recommend it. I am from Melbourne and have found it quite difficult in Perth to find eateries matching Melbourne's food standards. In my opinion, Red Basil Thai does. I love their Pad thai prawn (with five fat and juicy prawns!) and their veggie spring rolls (which are homemade). Thanks to the chefs and owners for your beautiful food! The customer service is also lovely.

Professional, accomodating, very friendly staff, perfect taste. Must go if you’re looking for a private, small place for quite weekend dinner.

Excellent food that will blow you away. The food takes no time to be served and always with a smile. Seems like a family business and for that I commend them! Wish I could steal the recipes and attempt the beautiful creations at home! Definitely will be back again and again!

It was my second time, first was a good experience but the second totally different, food wasn’t as good, when we arrived the proprietor was phoning to see where we were even though we were five minutes early. The food is definitely inexpensive so we left a $10 tip, we were asked at. 8.50 to leave, there was another couple still eating so we asked why we had to go, we weren’t give a legitimate answer, we left never to return.

Good price yum wunsen was pretty close to original Thai, could have been more sour but hard to replicate. I think it's a good lunch spot especially if you are coming from the gym.

The staff are so rude. No split bills. The food was so oil and salty. I definitely will not go there again!

Delicious food! Love their fried pork belly and fish with sweet and sour sauce. Restaurant is quite small, but it didn't bother us as we booked the table beforehand, food came out pretty fast and service is good.

Everything tastes divine and the serving size is super generous! Best to book as seating is limited. I hope Red Basil will one day expand their restaurant space to accommodate more customers.

I went to red basil to have dinner with a few friends, and my experience was not great, the staff were rude and had very dismissive attitudes, the food was okay but because of the service we will not recommend eating there again? What they can do to improve their service is to have staff properly trained in customer service and dealing with people.
