Standard rebel nothing standing out, clean and tidy and found some bargains on the sales racks

In terms of all the Rebels in Perth, this one does not have great selection. Employees do not take kindly to buffoonery being conducted within the store, and are swift to kick us out.

I Came into the store on a Sunday 7 th of May at 1pm, and I was totally ignored by the shop keepers even knowing the shop was almost empty, their merchandise is well over priced, not recommended.

Thanks Olivia for helping my daughters get the shoes (and colour) they were after. Great service!

Staff in the shop were really nice, but nobody warned us that after buying a 50 kg item, my 67 year old husband would have to lift it into our car ALONE. He hurt his elbow and was in pain for a week. It's still not quite right now. The girl in the loading dock just announced 'I can't help you'. In that case, why wasn't there a forklift or something to assist in the lift? How had she got the box to the doorway herself, if not by using one? Very bad form and downright dangerous for the customer.

A young staff member actually helped me. I am 71 years old and wasn't invisible to her, thank you. I found what I was looking for and tried it on which I can't do with on line purchases!

Best service ever on Saturday 9th July from salesperson Maddy. Thanks so much for organising a size 5 Wilson basketball to be delivered to me. Arrived yesterday. All great and thanks again.

Oh My Goodness. This is the best shop for retail therapy, the staff are so helpful and supportive for someone who needs TLC. Plus the stock is gorgeous, choices galore, something for everyone.

Had 3 different prices for the one item, so they gave me the cheapest price without hesitation. Good customer service.

Pretty good sports store. Quite expensive compared to other shops however they have higher overheads.

Selection of cycle accessories has decreased? No lights or tyre pumps. They used to have a lager selection.
Big store and good selection of everything else.

Very well presented store with everything you need to practice your sport from shoes to attire or accessories.the staff is friendly and professional.

Stall always make you feel like you are lower than them. Cant stand this. Why not just check all bags on exit instead of making customers feel uneasy while shopping. I was set to make a purchase of $300 but left it til i find a better store.

I came in for x2 snorkels that wern't instock. Would of had to drive a 60minute round trip to another store to get what I was after. I wanted snorkels this day and did not want to wait for any transfers. I was able to negotiate for x2 higher priced snorkels for a little discount.
I ended up spending more money than expected but I left satisfied. Thank you.

Always good service. Didn't have my daughter's shoe size in store, but gave me a voucher for free postage if I bought it online.

We bought a treadmill on a Saturday and they promised us the driver for delivery is calling us for details on Monday. No call on Monday, no call on Tuesday. When we called Rebel Sports they said it will be organised. No call on Wednesday, no call on Thursday. Our paid treadmill is still sitting in their shop, we paid for it over a thousand dollars. What a brilliant service, they take our money keep our treadmill, so public still can use it. What a company!? ! Never again I will buy something in a Rebel Sports store.

Excellent variety of brands and choices. Staff, especially cashiers were extremely courteous and helpful.

Rude service yesterday. I went to buy some shoes. I said to the girl in Shoes. Hi I’m looking for some shoes. She snapped and said men’s ladies or kids. I thought it was pretty obvious as I said I’m looking for shoes and I am a lady. Anyway I nicely said ladies. I told her I wanted black nikes with a white swoosh. She asked what size I am in ladies and I told her well in normal shoes one size but in running shoes a different size. She told me that was impossible as she’s an 8 and she’s an 8 across the board with every shoe. She argued about everything. Then said while I’m getting these shoes try on some other Colours and brands and I said I just wanted black nike with white swoosh. She said why is it you uniform. I said no I just like that look. She argued about anything and everything and was really aggressive in her delivery. I’m 49 years old. I know my shoe size varies in different shoes and brands and I know what I like. I also know what bad service looks like and this was terrible. I took my business to athletes foot instead.

Whitfords store no where near the excellent standards maintained by the Joondalup store. I have experienced both this week, they are worlds apart in terms of service provided and staff friendliness. I know which store I will be going back to!
