First get a nice tank top from the discounted rack to find out wasn’t ment to be there along with the other 5 that where there
Shop lady then removed them all and said no
So I find another tank top goto check out to get told I can’t use my rebel credits so I paid the price to get home and find out the large coat hanger that said large the tank top was medium
To then check my credits when I got home and they have been used
To think how much money I spend here at Christmas to get this mess around and rude and incompetent behaviour from the assistant
Will consider travelling if I need rebel sport again

Absolutely horrible and rude staff. I called for help very politely and one of the girl came while rolling her eyes. She also slammed the door at us when we told her to grab us a shoe size. What’s the point of working if you guys can’t even help the customer when needed. Absolutely hated the customer service here.

Really helpful staff. That helpful they didn't have what I was needing but went out of there way to check for me. I even left and returned with cake to say thanks for them

Wonderful staff. Laurie came over and greeted my mum and I right away and offered us help and advice about buying a pair or sneakers. She was genuinely helpful and didn’t try to sell me a more expensive pair. She was pleasant and friendly and wasn’t judgemental about me being on the heavier side, offered me encouragement with my fitness journey and made me feel just as valued as any other customer which I haven’t found at other sport stores. I will definitely be back.

I was SOOOOOO surprised.

Rockingham shops can be pretty rough, and a hard place to work (i expect), and this place is really tucked away.

. But the staff were so friendly, helpful and hard working. I think the young bloke who helped us, specifically, was named Nathan, but they were all lovely - nothing was too much trouble.

And we left the proud owners of two, nice, new basketballs.

Oh, and i know i could have gotten them cheaper online, but with service like this, i didn't mind supporting a local (franchise) business.

Worth checking out.

Rebel sports is Rebal Sports, you pay for the name brands. Staff are always helpful & willing to assist.

Item shown in stock on website wasn't when I got there. Staff were not interested in making the set up with the items off the shelf and giving me the same price. Was told to order for delivery, which adds $45 for shipping heavy item. Not impressed by staff

The most helpful and friendly staff. Went in for 2 pair shoes. First pair are for casual dress and had just what I wanted, second pair for walking and riding a bike. I've bad knee and young lady was so helpful.

So a quick run down on how you guys went today. There's always going to be alot of smiles and alot of waves happening in the morning when the store opens - depending on the roster and who is on shift if you have a really strong enthusiastic team from 9am - 12 midday that know each other well, their familiarity with each other and conversations about how the week has been can really soften any nerves that they may have and help awaken the mind to be more enduring and more interactive, and generally you will be able to see them greet customers more frequently at such a time. You can see this in cafe's, hair salons or barbers and sometimes even at your local bike store. However although people in w.a generally like to maintain a bit of personal space and some may even not like the enthusiastic person's hello please don't take for granted hospitality. Take a lesson from when you meet with friends and they bring a new plus one - you wouldn't shy them off and wait 10 - 15 mins and then think "this might be a great time for me to go up and say hello". No generally you say a massive hi, there might even be a hug somewhere in there. Well minus the hugs, the staffs lack of customer interaction with the their meet and greet is something this store is missing and perhaps if it is finely tuned this would raise the level confidence that customers can have when they walk into the store especially if the customers walk in alone. Please keep this in mind for everytime of the day, not just the early mornings but when your staff start to feel the 3'o clock burnout kick in. Jim Kidd say hi to just about every person as soon as they walk in. A store that has way more storage capacity, and staff, and variety I feel have less of an excuse, and the front desk is not that far away from the entrance. If you do this then I'm sure you will find that just about everyone in rockingham will love you guys not just because you have better and nicer things on display but because when you said hello to every person you proved to them that you personally took a personal interest in them. Dont ignore the person when they walk in because the entrance and exit are both the same thing.

Lovely experience shopping here this morning, well stocked store, very spacious and neat inside, great sportswear and served by a very knowledgeable and and helpful staff member called Nathan. Nothing was too much trouble for him, I have wide feet so it can be a bit tricky with shoe sizes, cheers mate you really made it a lovely shopping experience with all your hard work & patience. You are an asset to have as you are clearly passionate about your work.

Went before Christmas.the Manager is a very confident super helpful young man no problem too big he can't sort out. Congratulations Best Store in Rockingham for service.

Great staff but are extremely understocked almost never have anything that is on there website and is almost always double the price of that fou nd on the website

Nice and clean but sometimes the staff are a little stand offish. They're like a bunch of bloody rebels sometimes.
