The store was very difficult to find since I didn't realise it was underground and the store was split into 2 parts. However the service was nice and it was quick and easy to get what I needed and to leave. A good place to find a volleyball

Didn't have what I was looking for, very limited stock compared to other rebel stores. Only went there as the website informed me that store had the item I was looking for. I went from Armadale to the city for nothing

Got my Kansas City Chiefs hat there yesterday because I tried to get a Kansas City Chiefs hat in Mandurah, no luck. I decided to go to rebel Perth, at least they have it. And I got the hat now.

I went here during my lunchbreak today to get a watch. The two people who served me were incredibly nice, and they provided wonderful service. They were very kind. Thanks so much! I’m most grateful!

Many Thanks to Paul (Manager) and Taryn for promptly rectifying the Jordan Hat issue that was delivered to us (via Rebel Online) with the store security tag still attached. My son can now enjoy his birthday present!

Customer service was shocking. Quality and stock was appalling. Location is hard to find. Dressing rooms were filthy and smelly.

Pretty bad shipping ordered a sports ball and the pump support was completely out of place so have to return it smh

Very Unprofessional staff. Asked for a specific product. Asked to double check before going on a 30min drive to make sure it's in stock. Confirmed ok. When arrived to pickup, no stock and they've put away the wrong product. I am Speechless on these guys level of knowledge with sports equipment

Walked around for 10 min and not one staff member approached me so bought my nokes at nike in the mall

Excellent selection and variety of brands. Well organised store, staff brilliant and super friendly. Prices are good. Definitely a must for those sports enthusiasts out there.

Went in on Thursday for something that was shown in stock. Asked for help locating it and was basically told they sold out that day because it wasn't on the shelf, despite there were no empty spot, and told no point checking in storage. Got the items at a different location on Friday, and two days later the website still shows it's in stock at the Perth store. Would normally avoid going to the city even though it's on the way to work.

Either I was given a really poor service, or rebel really needs to update their online inventory system.

No assistance while shopping. Had to go to the front where staff were talking for any attention. Ended up not stocking what I wanted. So I went back to work and bought it online.

Every single time I try to buy shoes here I can't seem to find my size. Clothing area is pretty good but the overall size of the shop is small.

Great experience. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly; they understood my problem and acted in good faith to resolve it. Both sales staff and management are easy to deal with.

Was quite difficult to find. Not as big as the other stores but it is in the city, so not surprising.
