Staff spend a great deal of time talking to each other; never staff around when you're looking for assistance, hard to find the little stuff.

Great experience dealing with an excellent sales assistant Samuel C - I needed a pair of indoor soccer boots and socks and despite it being busy Samuel was efficient, polite, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. And the boots were perfect.

Liam went out of his way today to help me find the right fitting black leather sneaker. Even when the womens black size was not in stock or not quite right, he was proactive by suggesting an equivalent men's size in black which fitted me even better. Awesome customer service from Liam. Thanks so much!

Service was awful. Waited 15 mins for an employee to tell me what the price was of a basketball. Looked through the clear sheeting where the stock is and he was on his phone! Another guy had been waiting 15 mins for the correct shoe size. The employee said that the price machine wasn’t working even though we saw him on his phone! Awful experience. Won’t be coming back any time soon.

We arrived at the store looking for Rok Tape and it had moved so we asked the guy at the door he said ask someone in a black shirt so we did. They didn't know where it was so said they would check out the back after 10 minutes we found the guy in another part of the shop he didn't come back to us and he said yes they had rock tape but he didn't know where so he said he would ask someone else again he goes out the back through the door another 10 minutes later he had not come back so we just left it was obvious he had no interest in helping us worst service ever.

Only ever had fantastic dealing with the team at Rebel Sport in Melville. Always happy to help, going out of their way to look for stock out the back or at another store. Friendly customer service and a wide range of gear.

My partner and I got served by the sweetest girl at the counter today! She had amazing customer service, we didn’t get her name but she made our day:)

Called them on the phone and asked them if they could hold a watch for me that was on sale for 5 days as I work FIFO, went to pick the water h up and they tried to charge me double the price.

Good range of sports apparel, gear and accessories. Go at a quieter time to get good service as staff stretched at busy times. Recommended.

Went there to find out why the basketball that we bought online came in poor condition. The staff straight up cut us off when we ask politely about it “that just how basketball is” “do u want me to refund it to you, because i can just give you a refund” “or “i’ll inflated it for you”. She did not give us a chance to speak:)

Nice new layout since I was last in. Grabbed a Garmin Forerunner 55 and got a price match. Service was fine, I did need help to get a watch from storage and the lady was pleasant and assistive. Nice range of UA, Nike & Adidas clothing too. Trainers are nothing special.

Inadequately trained staff (might not be their fault), having very poor knowledge of the products they are selling and trying without hesitation to offer absolutely different one. Database of products is absolutely way out of date, does not provide an answer about actual availability of items either.
Also, I have ordered an item online (which was shown as 'in stock'), turned out they do not have it and cannot even arrange transfer of it to their shop from another store. Had to cancel the order.

Came in to purchase kids sneakers for school and had the BEST service from a young girl and boy. Their manners and service was outstanding. Was very refreshing to have that standard of customer service

Hey Team, I want the staff at Melville to be recognised for the dedication they have to delivery exception customer service. I take my hat off to Riley! I had a problem with a Gift Card. He took ownership of it and even extended out his knowledge to teach the other staff how he come to a conclusion/ found information. Great leader and very humble person.

He listened to everything i had to say and was very understanding of the way i felt. He went above and beyond in store rather than giving me the information to call/email the support team. The team owned it. Please ensure the team that worked Sunday January 9th 2022 receive my thanks and appreciation.

Great service from Matt, bought a ping pong table from them off a pucture but got home to find it didn't include a net. (Fine print). Rang up pretty cross, and they provided a net set free of change to keep me happy. Great customer service, will definitely be back.

Had an issue with the Carousel Store today on the 31st July 2021, so i went to the rebel Melville Store to swap an item over and the staff had amazing customer service, super knowledgeable with their products and the manager was extremely helpful (can't remember his name but he was amazing at his job) also shoutout to the girl with the stunning eyelashes extensions, did a great job at explaining all the different wrist straps and some of the guys including the manger helped me with the sizing of the waist trainers. The whole team were super professional and even though i didn't buy anything extra other than swapping an item over i still had exceptional service and i will definitely be coming back, even though it is not my closest store.

Every time I go in no matter when I always get the best service.best time to go when it's not too busy unless you know exactly what you need

WARNING: Once you buy you're on your own! This has to be the most disappointing experience I've ever encountered. We bought a Nordic Track Cross trainer Commercial 14 from Rebel Melvile. Unfortunately. After a year or so it stopped working completely after an automatic software update.

Well, what a saga, I called Rebel, they said to call Nordic. I called Nordic, they said call Rebel. I gave up. I tried again after a couple of weeks. I asked if they could send someone to fix it. There was no one available at Rebel. I called Nordic they gave me a code to try and enter myself-i asked if they could send someone as I couldn't get it to work. Nobody available at Nordic. My NORDIC TRACK cross trainer remains stagnant growing cobwebs. Surely if you selling the product there MUST be a back up service- one of you multinationals REBEL or NORFIC TRACK can get a technician out to look at what's going on with one your so called better machines.

Lesson learnt. Be wary of buying a cross trainer by Nordic Track product from Rebel Melville.if you do get a super extended extra warranty, Regards, Extremely disappointed NORDIC TRACK buyer from REBEL MELVILLE
