rebel Mandurah

Came in on Saturday to buy some track pants, seemed quite a few people shopping in the store, but not to many employees, one at the checkout and two talking to each other at the shoe section.
Tried a few items on in the change room and was amazed how dirty it was (hadn’t had a vacuum in quite a long time, coffee cup sitting on the bench) and checking out the rest of the store it was filthy as well.
Unfortunately didn’t find my size.

Amazing service with the staff at rebel, mainly with the service from the girl called Ash. She was already super busy and without hesitation she kindly helped me find the items i needed for my nephews as i really had no idea what i was looking for as it was my first time going to rebel. She got good customer service and bubbly, will 100% go to rebel again

Over priced, and most of the staff have very little or know clue about items. If you are buying something from here do your own research then find somewhere who actually knows about the item and buy it from there.

The girls (Ash and the manager) went above and beyond to sort out an online purchase refund. They didn't even sell the item so their effort wasn't going to get rewarded financially which shows how decent and hardworking these girls are.
Of course I didn't have the required details and being a bit older Ash kindly helped me locate the receipt requirements on my phone. Honestly, I was really touched at her efforts.then she grabbed the manager to collaborate with (because these girls don't like to be beaten) and sure enough, they nailed it! Bless them.

If you're the "one in every crowd" kind like I am, shop here, because you won't be crucified for it.

Very limited stock choice in both sporting clothes & shoes.
Limited sizes in both categories & the ambivalent attitude of the staff is no help either.

Amazing range of products, clean and organised store. The staff were professional, friendly and informative. Huge thank you to Mikaela for her help and knowledge.

A very poor selection of snorkling gear.
And was over priced at the counter to then be refunded. So not a great experience.

Good range of 'label' sports clothes. Staff members very helpful finding item I was looking for. Quite pricey but that is what you expect in speciality store. Recommend if you have the $.

Went here today. The front door is so DIRTY and dark I thought they had moved. Staff are friendly enough and they have the gear I need but show some love to your public front please.

What a great visit to Rebel Mandurah today. My wife and I were attended by Sarah R and James C. What pleasant and helpful young people with a great sense of humour. We wish all shops were like this but we know that they have to put up with a lot of grumpy people. None-the-less, well done to Sarah and James and also to the security guard at the front door who was extremely friendly and helpful, many thanks to all D & K Whitfield.

Today my partner was looking for a Manchester United top for my son and his friend and the lady here at mandurah rebel went above and beyond to help her find the store that had stock, she also walked her through doing a click and collect.

Good assortment of sports clothes, Shoes and accessories. The staff are lovely and Very friendly

Easy as shopping experience.greeted when I walked in, I knew what shoes I was after so went straight to the section. Was greeted by Dani who then assisted me trying on the correct size which I found. I wanted to buy a pair that hadn't been tried on by others so she made an effort looking at 3 diff pairs to ensure I had what I'd asked for. Made me appreciate her service and patience. Thanks Rebel

Really helpful staff, they exchanged a fauly ball for us, no problem. They also give back to local schools too

Friendly staff and the young lady in Footwear was extremely helpful. Went in to buy a pair of shoes for myself and came out with a pair for my partner as well.

The gentlemen staff there is really helpful. I dont know the name but we visited around 3pm (06-03).

Staff are friendly enough but choice of trainer's/sneakers (for all you yankafied Aussie's out there), I find lacking.

I went to buy a pair of walking shoes and the staff member that served me was very friendly. And the service was very quick and prompt.

First gentleman that offered to help me decided to get someone else as he thought they would be more able to assist (which I appreciate, no one can know literally everything and I had semi-complicated requirements for my new sneakers). The second gentleman (I didn't catch his name, but he was tall and bearded) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient, made suggestions, told me about the pros and cons of certain brands for my needs, showed me heavily discounted items as well as more expensive ones. Very happy with the 2 pairs I ended up with and very happy with the customer service I received.
