Went in to exchange some shoes that I ordered online and ended up being too small. Staff were SO friendly and helpful. I was asked several times just while browsing if I was being looked after, or if they could help me with anything. Very attentive and on the ball with their customer service.

Woeful customer service, well actually can't even call it service if the 12 Staff on the floor are systematically ignoring your attempt to ask for help. Too busy chatting with each other.

I only went in to swap new tight fitting indoor soccer shoes for a larger size. Not the most complex issue but from the team at the front counter to the team in the shoes section, we encountered a group of staff members who were smiley, friendly and approachable. They are clearly happy and enjoy what they do. Well done to all! Keep up the good work and you're all a credit to yourselves and each other. BTW - the layout of the store is awesome!

We just walked in and looking around for 20min in the men's shoes section. My husband was even trying on shoes.

Out of the 3 people who were in that section, no one ever approached us. They were busy chatting amongst themselves.

Poor service.

What amazing service! Tonight we were looked after by Will yesterday and he went above and beyond. He went out of his way to try and help us out, by showing us the best prices, checking the stock room shoes and prices several times, getting us the information we needed and for suggesting to check other stores for stock of the pair of shoes we were srent. Fabulous and thank you for your lovely service!

Staff (I didn’t get her name) was helpful - I was looking for a specific Nike cap nothing was on display but she asked me to wait and she checked it in the stock room and gave me exactly what I am looking for. Kudos for paying attention to your customer!

Expensive, but have a huge range and fully stocked. Great service. Huge store layout and a good vibe to the store.

Thanks to the rebel Karrinyup staff for making sure my click and collect order was processed even though I just rocked up after running an errand nearby.

Top marks, what a array for the sport devotèe, Asked for assistance and impressively with all enthusiasm to help to sort right product for child. What a asset to have Ethan to help, I thought I knew what to choose but guided to make the right choice, Ethan's knowledge of product saved money and time.

I had to purchase a jacket for an upcoming ski season and had the wonderful Leanne help me over the phone and in person - she is such a gem and such a huge asset to your store with her bubbly personality and much appreciated helpfulness. She was a star! Thankyou Leanne!

Went into numerous shoe shops today. Rebel sports was so busy. The girl who was working in the shoe section was sensational. Her attention to every customer was at the up most level while not getting flushed at once. Great selection of shoes, the best at Karyinup. All staff were excellent. Would be back but this is not my normal shop.

My partner and I tend to be quite fussy people and I'm one of those customers who do their research before they go in so they can be difficult to work with haha.

Anyway, we came in looking for specifically the Adidas 4DFWD 2 shoes which I had researched beforehand. Kyle was so easy to work with, he was very knowledgeable and was not super pushy when it came to us wanting to try one more store.

He did us a great deal for 2 pairs and was there with us from start to finish.

I 100% recommend Kyle from Rebel Karrinyup if you want amazing service and some solid expertise.

Greeted when walking into and around store, friendly service people and people at the front desk.

Extremely rude staff. There were plenty of staff working all just in bunch’s together talking, when we tried to ask for help a blonde girl rolled her eyes.

I was in Rebel Karrinyup this afternoon Thursday 17th November. I was very impressed with the customer sevice I received by Taylor. Nothing was too much trouble.
Taylor was friendly efficient & helpful. Sarah was also very helpful when i made enquiries over the phone Thank you.

Exceptionally poor customer service. I have been there twice and won't go again. Both times the sales assistant have been unhelpful and unfriendly.
After going to Rebel Karrinyup yesterday, i went to Athletes Foot immediately afterwards and the experience couldn't have been more different. Athletes Foot had helpful and friendly assistants and we had a proper shoe fitting done.

I have already shared my experience with Rebel contact centre. There's not even a category on their contact form for customer feedback. Say no more.

I was looking for a tennis bag but it was not available and the staff went through all the troubles to help me get it. They ordered it for me and delivered it to my place. Thank you Olivia and Rebel Karrinyup team. Great customer service.

Got exactly what I was after promptly, completely hassle free, engaging shopping experience, this is now my preferred Rebel store.
