A good store but typically you can't get the size of what you want. Typical for most stores.

We chased a pair of runners to Rebel Claremont the Rebel near us had sold out…. The staff were Awesome Helpful Thanks guys oh yes I got a pair of very cool shorts and my sis end up purchasing two pair of shoes for one lucky future sport ️ star hehe Thanks Rebel

I visited this store mainly to buy some shoes and wasn’t disappointed. They have a large variety of walking/running shoes at reasonable prices. The layout of the store was easy to navigate and the staff was very helpful and friendly (special thanks to Jacob who went above and beyond to help me). Highly recommend!

I after pool cue tips was told don't sell them why on earth search comes up with having them no good business there

Inadequately trained staff (might not be their fault), having very poor knowledge of the products they are selling. Database of products is absolutely way out of date, does not provide an answer about actual availability of items either.

Went there for click and collect. I approached the counter and was served immediately, and the gentleman was very helpful in acquiring all the items for the order in a timely manner. Other available staff members also assisted in acquiring the items for the order.

Very straight forward service. The click and collect was very efficient. Saves having to rummage through the store trying to find what you want. Staff were helpful. No fuss,

It was good and I bought a yoga mat at a pretty good price. But they ran out of the colour that I wanted

So thrilled with our service last month in February with the floor manager Jessica! So grateful for the knowledgeable, kind and patient attention you gave my 2 children and I as we navigated running shoes and rollerblades, and they asked you a million questions. Unfortunately, I had a number of issues with a product I had purchased from the store (Bose earphones). However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpfully - The poor experience I had with the product (due to a manufacturing fault) was more than made up for with the outstanding service from the floor staff. The advice I received was honest and the issues was rectified quickly.

Set up was so so, did not like the bright lights. Went to get some running shoes and was happy with the service and the staff were helpful in getting the right fit! Great customer service, however not a fan of the lighting and spacing.

Wandered in to look at the bodyboards as sometimes they try to clear stock and prices are dropped.
No joy there but the wife did find some nice bathers at a good price.

There is a large selection of sportswear, shoes, equipment and accessories from different companies. I always find everything I need. Highly recommend this store.

Friendly staff, good prices and a wide range of stock! Only issue is it's hard to find a staff member at times, but when able to - they're extremely helpful.

A good size store with a nice range. Trouble is the prices. Like most of Australia it's just not as attractive as the pricing overseas.
