When I visited here 03/01/2023 I was being served by a lady who was distracted by another customers click and collect order. She stopped serving me and inserted herself into that interaction. Once she was done she went to another register, next to the one I was at, and called for the next customer and began serving them. Another lady had to complete my transaction. The original team member did not acknowledge what she did.

I was shopping for football boots very close to closing time on a Thursday night, and received the best customer service I have ever gotten at any rebel I’ve ever been to. Massive shoutout to Taj W. He was extremely patient, personable and friendly despite the late hour. Deserves employee of the month and a raise!

Went there to buy some kids shoes. Was Ok but not a huge range and rather exspensive for kids shoes.

I have brought alot from this store and most of my purchases are click and collect. The service I have received each time is 100%. The staff are so polite and helpful and very efficient, and it is never any bother when having to return an item. Keep up the great work! ️

Very poor customer service.
My daughter had enquired about a hat she wanted to purchase. Whilst talking to the staff member, Another staff member approached and interrupted. They both said they were going out the back to look for the one in stock and instead continued to discuss something completely unrelated at the front of the store.

Buy a pair of shoes online and they send to billing address instead of postal address, obviously can't read instructions

Had to wait 15 minutes to be served at a checkout. Checkout staff seemed disorganised and not efficient.

Heaps of cricket gear for the season. Stocked the boys gear bags for their season.
Sometimes not enough staff on counter and you wait longer than would be expected to be served.

I haven't been to the store for awhile. It always felt messy and disorganised, but they have a new planogram that seems to work. The sections are better organised and makes more sense. Makes for a better shopping experience now.

Nice place to buy sport stuff but staff seem to be very busy or may be they want each other to work

Been here a few times and the lack of customer service is appalling.

Staff seem to " hide out" whenever a customer is present.

Heard many of them gossiping about their glorious weekends in northbridge getting written off.

Staff need some adequate training asap.

Worst service i have had in along time. Pity as they have quite a good range of apparel an sporting goods. Or maybe Thurdsay night just isn't the best time to shop here. ‍️

Walked into this store today on the 31 of July to buy some wrist straps for my weight training. No matter what day i go into this store i always find myself trying to look for staff, it is like they are playing hide n seek with me. But anyway i finally found a team member who must be really bad at the game. His name was Mattew, i asked him where the wrist straps were for weight training, specifically deadlifts. Mattew must not know what deadlifts are cause he recommend me boxing straps and at the time i didn't know what wrist straps looked like because i was suggested to get them from my coach.if i were to have used what Mattew had given me i most likely would have broken my wrist during my training session:/ Not ideal situation i would want to put myself in, luckily i have a coach who told me that i had purchased boxing straps rather than want i wanted, i did confirm with the girl at the counter that what i was buying wrist straps for deadlifts, so maybe if this store could know what they are selling that would make me more confident to ever to go back there. Would love to say this maybe a management problem but i think that the workers generally need to do better at product knowledge. I would defiantly consider driving to the Meliville Store the staff are so lovely and helpful there:)

Went in store today with my daughter to buy some soccer boots. Had amazing service from a staff member called OZ. He took the time to explain everything to us and even helped us out with some other accessories that we needed. Great job.

Nice shop, staff is friendly. But on the counter, there was two girls who were serving, one was busy, and the other was just standing free, I was waiting she didn't ask me if I need help. My mean she could also serve customers.

Amazing customer service from Dan and Charlie. They really went above and beyond for me, and on a busy Saturday. Extremely happy customer

Lovely customer service.
Don't leave goods on display that aren't in stock. I don't mind ordering them from elsewhere but I just kind of got my hopes up on a good deal today.
Plenty more there to keep me fit of course. They have an impressive range of shoes

Appalling customer service. Staff disinterested and couldn’t be bothered to show us where the snorkelling gear we wanted to purchase was! Apparently they didn’t have much and it’s over there and a finger point in the general direction was as far as it went! Just rude! Had three other staff walk past and ignore us! Never again! Go elsewhere if you want service.
