8Helpful staff and some good merchandise here. You kind of need to use their website though to find out what they sell and their membership sales thing is ok though also a bit random, compared to just having a sale or similar.
Waited 10 minutes to request to try on any size 10 soccer boots, asked a staff member and said I'd have to wait for Trevor as he did not know anyhing about soccer boots. Trevor came after a further 10 minutes to explain he had no stock, next time check online. Dont bother coming in.
Great service. Very clean and tiday store. Came across as one of their super stores that have everything.
Well stocked store, even though I believe there is no surprise their merchandise is quite expensive. I went in to look for women socks with grip. The first person wasn't sure but she immediately asked one of her colleagues. He took me at yoga section where he showed me only socks with cut toes and I told him I want the full sock with grip sole. Not finding them I accepted to buy the ones without toes. I went to pay and while waiting in the queue he rushed after me because he managed to find the full socks and he brought me a pack of two. Good intentions and the will to help the customer getting what they want.
Staff are like cockroaches that scatter when a light is turned on, but instead of a light, it’s a customer walking in the store.
Venue hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, floor covered with sport equipment, clothes, trolleys and rubbish.
Floor staff rotate through the shoe section and back to the store room every few minutes like an unclaimed baggage at the airport.
Checkout staff don’t seem to realise how loud they speak when discussing their personal lives, felt like a middle school bathroom from the other side of the store.

Good place to shop especially during boxing day. What is refreshing are the staff on a busy day, they are patient and still very helpful.
