Went to purchase a present for the nephew for Christmas. Service from Ollie was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and he carried our heavy item to the car for us! Amazing!

The employees there are great and wonderful will recommend going there to get your physical equipment

Went in 20 mins before they closed on a Thursday night, had the most helpful young man help me looking for a pair of shoes for work. He was super friendly, super helpful and his customer service was out of this world, I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he defiantly deserves recognition!

Absolutely poor range of Australian sports fan gear. Has an abundance of American sports fan apparel but neglects even the most modest attempt to satisfy consumers wanting to support local sports teams.

I bought a tred mill a week ago, had some issues with the rebel's third party delivery & installation team, they didn't fix it properly but with the help of Paul who is store manager at Butler Rebel, I am really happy with his customer handling skill & strong follow up for getting that fixed and ontime. Only go when sale is on. Just to add, I was asked 3 times in 1 visit if I needed help by different staff. Bit annoying but being the only customer I guess they were keen.or desperate.

I recently purchased boxing mits from this store without realising there was only one mit in the bag they typically come in. Upon realising a couple of weeks later, I went back to the store, told them the issue I had, and within two minutes they had sorted me out with a fresh pair. No complications. No issues. Just wanted to express my gratitude for the staff and their helpful and positive attitudes. Great job, team at Rebel Butler.

This is the best Rebel in WA. They have heaps of stuff and an array of sizes - not just Large & Medium like other stores.

The staff were very helpful and informative, I must have tried on 10 different pairs of trainers and the staff were very obliging, patient and eager to help. The range of brands and clothing and sports equipment was very good. The store was quite quiet and very clean and tidy. If anyone was looking for sports equipment I would recommend this store, especially for the local community. Great location and a very good shopping experience.
