Went there mid afternoon not many customers, lots of staff but no assistance. At point of purchase very friendly.

Worst service ever. I kindly asked for a bag and was told they don’t sell bags even though there were literally heaps behind her.when I pointed them out, the cashier said she wouldn’t sell it to me as she had already processed my purchase.

They had one pair left of the under armour slides in my size but there was a pen line marking on there which your foot doesn’t cover and because of that I asked if I bought them could I get a discount since they were marked and the full price was $50 and the guy asked his manager out the back who said no. Not even a measly 10% but is happy to sell a product that has damage on it at full price. Went to Karrinyup and got a perfect pair no markings on it and much better service!

Was fast and swift with the service and got what I want. The store has pretty everything needed as well.

Needed some new footy boots and staff member Sean provided an excellence service. Gave me different boots to try and got new sizes when I asked. Top notch!

It's ok. Less goggles on open display to see the strap type and size fitting.
Also asked a few questions about the sale of the shoes and the store sales person was giving conflicting answers

Huge store, one of the bigger ones.and yet they have about 3 pairs (ugly ones at that) of basketball sneakers. Not everyone wants running shoes, though its about 90% of the stock.

The store is poorly laid out which makes it difficult to locate what you are looking for. I went to find a sports bra and instead of having them all in one location they were randomly placed throughout various clothing racks, not even by brand or sports genre either. In the end I left without buying anything because the frustration of walking around in circles was too much!

Friendly Service and helpful with the sporting attire questions I had. Will be back again soon.

1 STAR just because I couldn't post -! Rebel sports Innalloo advertiseS sale but do not change the barcodes on items to reflect the discounted price. Staff inexperienced with Staff member name Nathan told a customer don't get your knickers twisted? For querying a price. My goodness is this whats customer service has come to? Please just an advice, check before you buy and a friendly hi to a Nathan who clearly needs some training or just not suitable working in customer service.

Rarely feel compelled to write good reviews of places these days but I felt I had to with this one. My mother and I left actually shocked at how good the service was. You just don't get that often anymore. Plenty of staff, who were easy to find, proactive, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and prompt. Keep up the good work Rebel Innaloo, I'll keep coming back for the same experience. It's so great when I prefer to shop for sporting goods in store.

The employees are very friendly and helpful, they spent 20 minutes searching for a pair of shoes that had been misplaced for me.

A young girl helped me with some running shoes the other night. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I think her name was Ash. I highly recommend her for help with getting some new shoes!

I was served today by a younger blonde girl at Rebel Innaloo. She went beyond the normal service in helping me with my tennis racquet. She was so helpful and offered me some very good advice. I can see a very bright future for her. Thanks heaps

Really good floor & management team. I ordered a bball hoop for Christmas, the thing itself was enormous & wouldn't fit in my car. After several failed attempts at this (with the teams help), the store manager organised free next day delivery for me. I was stoked! I continue to come back because of this great experience.

These guys were so fantastic. I needed a new grip for my son's cricket bat and any staff that saw me with the grips said that they'd put it on for free. In the end Michael did the job and he was so good. A real pro at it. Thanks so much. Such simple but amazing service.

Nice store. Well set out with big varieties. Staff are very helpful. Many things are available to try.

Didn't have exactly what we needed. But did all the work to locate it elsewhere and have them keep it aside for us. Easy peasy.
