Realmak north beach sold a house that is rat infested-
if I could give no stars I would.
A newborn baby should not be subjected to this but realmark think it's ok to sell a house in that condition

Had a poor experience with Realmark Coastal as a tenant. I would advise anyone to stay away from this organisation as they don't understand their business. Getting things repaired, or having services delivered as contracted was hard and exhausting. Even vacating the property was an unpleasant experience. Bringing photos of the original damage of the property was not enough to convince them to return the deposit. Only after insisting many times and sending photos to management and consulting with lawyers is that they may listen.

My most sincere advice is to stay away and look elsewhere, where you will be respected and treated as a customer.
