Got there early to get our tickets and went to the shops while waiting for the movie to start. Found a parking fine on my car after the movie. Apparently you aren’t aloud to see a movie and shop on the same day.

Saw a film in the ‘premium’ cinema ($19.50 for all - no concessions, but cheaper than many other brands), and it was a decent sized screen, with great recliner seats. They go quite far back with good leg support. Wouldn’t recommend the highest few rows though as if you recline, it becomes hard to see part of the screen (best to aim for the middle of the cinema if you can). I suggest making sure you familiarise yourself with the seat buttons before the lights go down (& before you sit) as it can be challenging to figure out after that. We lined up for the snack bar for a while before the film (they didn’t have enough staff on), only to learn they were out of choc tops (a few of us had been wanting those), but they had all the other usual items & our group was happy with their popcorn, drinks etc.

Just make sure when you order food and drinks it comes in when you want we didn't get our drink also there was others didn't get there as well

Friendly staff, food around (restaurants), fresh popcorn, lots of movies (options) and a fair price. I highly recommend. Oh, don't forget to apply for your membership, it's worth it.

Thank you to Gen and her team for helping me out today as I purchased 7 tickets online 2 days prior fir a 2pm sessiob for Wednesday, but there must have been a glich in the matrix as my tickets were for monday. Gen managed ti get us seats for a later timeslot. Thanks Reading Cinemas.

Needs to be revamped as it's looking old. Arcade games eats your coins without giving credit. Ultimately it's ok but not my first or second choice

Pretty aweful experience, considering how expensive going to the cinema is. My drinks were half filled, cinema I was in was filthy and the staff member was incompetent and lied through his teeth. Was very disapointed as I use to love and frequent this place.

Always a really great cinema experience, especially when comparing the cost of other cinemas. The place is well maintained, friendly staff and comfortable cinema seats.
The cost of snacks is extortionate, but find me a cinema where that isn't the case!:) overpaying for popcorn is part of the experience.

Not a very pleasant experience. Parking was easy and nearby, collection of tickets, no problem. Toilets were filthy and clearly not cleaned in days, same for the lounge area. We booked Gold Lounge and found that even 20mins into the movie, customers were allowed to continue to enter the theatre, very distracting. Throughout the movie it was photo taking, snapchat, Facebook updates. I complained once but staff didn't stay on top of the issue. Eating waffles on the tiny tray plate in the dark was near impossible and the air con was set to ridiculously cold. There are plenty of better alternatives, so will not return.

Super friendly staff, especially the supervisor on Sunday (19/12) night. It was super busy due to the release of Spider-Man, but she was very patient and accommodating.

It's a ridiculous service where you can purchase on line tickets and food. Then you still have to wait in line 30 mins to collect your order! Why have this service available if there is no express lane to pick up your order! Won't be coming here again or recommending to any one.

First rate cinemas. Clean, comfy (a little cold so bring a jacket) and way cheaper than competitors.

Cinema was freezing cold, they really need to ajust the aircon.
Considering going to Carousel next time.

What more can you ask for firstly park literally outside the cinema no stress no awful Wilson parking fees.then wander over to automated ticket machines select movie buy ticket easy.the movie theatre are very comfy toilets in easy range overall great for pensioners etc wheelchair access easy for all.hands down beats hoyts for price service.parking stress

Gold seating was comfortable and spacious. Plenty of parking. Better experience than Hoyts VIP.

Good cinemas and friendly staff, the gold class lounge may be a tad pricey and the food is definitely on the more expensive side but for a good movie, it’s worth giving it a shot at least once! Automated kiosks make purchasing and collecting tickets very easy, and an elaborate snack bar means that you’re pretty well covered. Parking is ample and there are plenty of eateries around for dinner or lunch depending on what time you go! Great cinema in general.

Not happy. Tried to book my tickets online, first attempt it was saying the verification will not load, check your internet connection, there was nothing wrong with my internet connection. I then created an account thinking that would help, I had to create a password, when I signed in it said my password didn't match my email address. If I accidently bumped a wrong digit creating my password, it never asked me to type the password twice to ensure I had put the password I wanted in correctly. I rang them and there was no-one there to answer the phone, just a hang up message. I cannot book the tickets for the seats I wanted. Not happy, extremely poorly created website, very unhelpful.

Very disappointed this is one of the better cinemas in Perth too. Drove an hour to get there bought the tickets and as we walked in to show the tickets was told the session had been cancelled that afternoon. No mention on the web site or when buying the ticket.

Very good service with lovely staff, ceiling lights are beautiful and this worker named max was very helpful and i recommend him as a great young man
