Everyone very Professional and friendly, went in to see Doctor on time, (don't always though) but happy with the practice.

I love RSMC. It has always been a reliable and trusted medical practice. All of the doctors, nurses and reception staff are lovely.

Always happy to see the doctors and staff. Make myself and my husband feel welcome to there surgery.

I will only visit this clinic. New building has made a big difference as well. Most trusted medical team there also.

Both Peggy and I (Trevor) Bell have been helped by Dr Yossie and have felt the improvement in our problems. He has been kind and helpful. Our appointments are kept on time, the receptionists are helpful.

Beautiful + helpful ladies at reception and Doctors are amazing. Bright waiting area with lots of sunlight so it’s not so gloomy.

Absolutely horrible experience today. Went in for a simple blood result. Asked how I was going said I was same as last time still dizzy upon standing. He checks my blood pressure… the same as last time. Wasting my time as he didn’t find any thing again. Didn’t even look at my history. Felt like a repeat of last consult. We discussed my procedure at the hospital, he rudely corrects me when it was simply different terminology used in vet nursing. He said I need to eat less because of my acid reflux… I am a healthy bmi of 20. Acid reflux runs in the family. Also this comment did not sit well with me as I was hospitalised for anorexia. Asks about my heavy periods and tells me to go on the pill. He has given me the script for the pill I’m already on previously! I’m already all the pill once again he did not bother to read my history. No answers once again to any of my problems. Absolutely disgusted by my experience. Will not be returning.hand in your license. I also had to educate on low fodmap foods to him in the past as well. He didn’t even warn me that I shouldn’t be following low fodmap for long, putting me at risk. Avoid at all costs… clueless doctors.

What a wonderful experience I’ve had at Read Street Medical Centre! I phoned for an appointment the day before & had one today with Dr Koo. The admin ladies were very polite and helpful. My appointment time was on time! My Dr was very thorough, full of knowledge to share with me & she made me laugh while we chatted. I most definitely recommend the centre after my experience today.

Disappointed booked on line explained needs then turned up on day to be told can't do it need to book another doctor after 3 minutes appointment charged $50.

Tried this clinic after my long term GP left the area. Reception staff were great and I'm sure there are some good doctors there. Unfortunately that was not my experience with Dr Louise. 30 seconds into my visit she informed me I was ineligible for a Care Plan I was enquiring about. This was without asking me a single question about my symptoms or medical history. I'm sorry but I would call that a mixture of incompetence and arrogance. I was gobsmacked and needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I have been very happy with the service at the clinic and very happy with Dr Foong my doctor for over 40 years

Very good reception service. Waiting time reasonable and acceptable. Very good experience with very competent practitioner once I tuned in to his accent.
