The response provided by the owner serves as a revealing reflection of the agency and its agents. Specifically, my interactions were with Juan Farfan, the property manager. Regrettably, without any prior notice, a contractor was dispatched to deface my business markings. When confronted about this unsettling action, Mr. Farfan shifted blame onto us, despite our consistent use of the same business number and address since 2018.
All significant correspondences have been carbon copied to the principal, who poorly opted for this response. The statement made by the owner regarding their preference for dealing with individuals of a certain mindset implies an unsettling bias, suggestive of a prejudice or bigoted mentality within the agency. Such behaviour is unacceptable and raises concerns about the overall ethics and professionalism of the owner.

Our longstanding tenure in this building, dating back to 2014, attests to our character to foster positive relationships with fellow tenants. Our resilience in continuing to operate and running a business demonstrates our refusal to succumb to pressure from a confrontational agency and their agent.
It is deplorable to observe an agent/agency and a tenant who also runs another business from the same building engaging in public disputes, especially considering the potential ramifications for the relationship with the new owners, Active Holdings Pty Ltd.
Regarding the use of reviews as a form of leverage, we emphasize our preference for open communication and constructive dialogue to address any outstanding issues. We have already taken measures to safeguard our interests, rendering the need for leveraging unnecessary.
We express our disapproval of resorting to online platforms for agency/tenant/client conflicts, especially when it involves the public posting of confidential client information. Such actions are not only unprofessional but also contradict ethical business conduct. We strongly encourage a reconsideration of this approach in favour of a more confidential and professional resolution process.

Writing from the perspective of a tenant, Rayner have been excellent so far since I've moved into a property managed by them. They communicate effectively and frequently and the staff are professional and friendly.

Throughout my rental period of two years I thought I had a good relationshipand would have earned them 5 stars but when advising them I was moving out into my newly brought home they turned very unprofessional.
I was quite disappointed. The Indian background lady became rude and quote “glad this is over”! I paid for brand new professional dual shade blinds in replacing the skanky lace curtains and destroyed blinds when I moved in and paid for it all myself also left them there upon leaving as a gift. But they wanted to make an issue of it. I would be very careful renting a property through reyner. I also found it a huge privacy issue when the rental inspection lady comes in and starts taking photos. I know I don’t own the property but I’m sure I have some rights when it comes to taking photos of my personal belongings. Also when reporting issues at rental inspections and I quote “yeah they probably won’t do anything about that” by the lady you does inspection.

I have bought a property through Mark Rayner, sold a property, rented a property through him as well as having had his team manage my commercial properties. He and his team have always been very professional and helped me through stressful periods with commercial tenants and I look forward to his assistance in selling my properties in the future
