Great accommodation! No fuss check in and check out, really clean and tidy, all the little things have been thought of. So peaceful to be on a property with space and donkeys (and lots of ducklings while I was there!), but still only a couple of minutes drive to town. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to/through Mount Barker. It's a good idea to book direct, Ranee is very helpful.

An absolute pleasure! From beginning to end without fault.

Without writing too much of a novel, our stay here was AMAZING! And that's a big thank you to you Ranee! You immediately made us feel comfortable with your friendly welcome and relaxed vibe.

We came to Mt Barker for a wedding and were travelling with the bride. We arrived, 3hrs later than expected, as we had some car troubles on the way and messaged Ranee to let her know and she was so easy going about it.

First impressions of the property were "this place is so peaceful" "look! Donkeys! " "clean and tidy! '. Immediately proud of my self for choosing a cool accommodation. We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and actually wished we could've stayed longer. My partner having worked in Hotels before commented that the room was well looked after and thoroughly cleaned. Down to the pillow cases, sheets, blankets and towels (to which we later found out, were commercially cleaned) very thorough!

The night before the wedding, I asked Ranee if it would be ok to use our room to prepare the bride for her special day and Ranee responded immediately with a YES. Ranee went above and beyond that morning and stopped by with a drop sheet and a Bottle of sparkling to celebrate. Cherry on the top!

With a beautiful property and the best customer experience I have experienced, I couldn't praise this place/person enough.

Super clean! I work in property management so I know a few spots to look haha. Couldn’t fault it!
We were 18ks out of town when I booked on a 40 degree day, so we got there pretty quickly and to find our room with the air conditioning on was an absolute bonus!

I stayed here after climbing Bluff Knoll and I cannot fault my stay at all! From the warm welcome to the room to the cleanliness, everything was just spot on! I had originally booked for the week before, but after seeing the weather wasn’t good to climb I requested changing the date to the following week. They were so accomodating and so kind and helped get it all sorted with the booking company too. A extra step they didn’t need to do as I had passed the cancellation/amendment date but just made so much difference! Thank you so much 101 Oatlands! I drove home well rested after a lovey night sleep.

This is one of the best accomodation I’ve ever stayed in. 100/10 ️

First of, the place, is soo clean. Everything you need is here, the bed is so comfortable, and the rooms looks so new and updated.
It’s a good place to stay at. With friends, or couple. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay here.

Second, is what I appreciated the most. The kind of the owner to us. Before we even arrived, she sorted out everything we requested so it will convenient for us.

Not only that, the way she communicated to us, it’s heartwarming, she recommended some places, she told us to be careful on the roads while on the way here. It’s simple things like these, that made this place special. It’s not just your typical hotel, you will feel like you’re just at home as well.

Thank you for having us. I will always remember this place. Please continue what you’re doing. It’s not always we see people like you.

Most enjoyable, very well set up accommodation in beautiful surroundings, just out of Mt Barker WA en route to the Porongurups.

Lovely rooms, parking at your door, very reasonable rates, Foxtel, wifi, friendly and helpful hosts. Great little shop next door displaying work from local artisans and collectables and antiques.

The lovely owners of this beautiful property are friendly and welcoming. The accomodation is kept very clean and tidy. Situated an easy drive between Albany and Denmark with great access to the Stirling Ranges and Porongurup National Park.
