Ray Mancini Academy

Had the pleasure of working with Ray Mancini at his academy for his tactical handgun course this week. What a great experience, World class coaching, very personable and knows his stuff. In only 2 days I feel confident handling a handgun safely and proficiently using and correcting malfunctions if they occur. The level of attention to detail and safety is top tier. Thank you again Ray, Look forward to working with you again in the future for the Defensive tactical handgun course.

Fantastic training, from beginning to end, from the moment i walked in ray was professional and passionate about his craft. Going through the dry fire drills and learning about the trigger discipline, along with stance and breathe control really helped me on day 2 when we went out to the range for some live fire drills. Ray has a particular approach to safety which always made me feel safe on the range, i was never worried, it was very controlled environment with the freedom to have the gun on your hip and walk around the range. From someone who had never even touched a gun before, i feel confident enough to be able to handle myself in a tight situation at basic level. With more training and practice im certain ray can take me where i need to be. 100% would reccommend ray for your firearm training needs.

Absolutely enjoyed the firearms training I did with Ray he’s an absolute perfectionist.he really emphasises on safety, Techniques and problem solving.
His instructions are always clear he’s very thorough with every step.
I felt safe knowing Ray has a sharp eye watching my every move and correcting me at every step.

I have completed the defensive tactical handgun course with Ray Mancini and found it it to be one of the best courses I have ever done. Ray had a wealth of knowledge and I felt extremely safe and comfortable during the practical training at the academy and on the firing range. I have been a police officer for 12 years and have worked in the private security industry for well over 3 years locally and internationally and I can certainly say that Ray Mancini Academy is the best in Australia for training law enforcement and private security. I have originally contacted the academy for my firearms endorsement to work as a cash in transit guard and the training and experience overall was second to non. Ray's experience and knowledge was the best I have come across and convinced me that I should be doing further professional development in that area and since I have completed the defensive tactical handgun L1 and L2 as well as the emergency responder course and I can't wait until I'm able to go back for the defensive tactical handgun L3. I can't speak highly enough of the academy, staff and certainly Ray's experience and knowledge as a trainer.

I have completed 3 courses with Ray Mancini Academy and to date it has been the best experience I have ever had on a training course. Ray is an amazing instructor with great knowledge and skills that really helped me understand how to get over some anxiety and fear when it comes to learning new skills that carries some risk and could be dangerous if managed incorrectly. Just completed the emergency responder training, the course content was excellent I particularly enjoyed the practical hands on learning. I highly recommend this course for anyone as this can benefit all age groups.

I have just completed the emergency responder training with Ray Mancini Academy and I thought the course was much better than any first aid training that I have ever done in the past and the instructions was brilliant, especially on the practical drills. Ray is a great trainer and relates very well to everyone and extremely professional. Loved the program and highly recommend it to anyone.

I have served over 12 years in the defence force and been through many tactical courses locally and internationally and I can comfortably say that Ray Mancini Academy is one of the best places to develop your skills and learn from instructors that are current and up to date with the most advanced methods and training cutting edge technology. I've completed the emergency responder tactical course and defensive handgun and I can say that I never thought that I would learn as much as I have from Ray and his team especially after 12 years of service in the armed forces.

After the first amazing and most exhilarating experience I have ever had with the handgun training on the range with Ray Mancini, I enrolled on the emergency responder course after seeing it advertised on their facebook and I can honestly say that I was a bit nervous as I don't like the sight of blood and I wasn't sure how I was going to handle dealing with this type of training where you have to physically manage arterial bleeding.

Ray has an amazing ability to throughly explain everything in such a way that makes you feel confident and relaxed and you trust him with the process, which helped me greatly deal with my anxiety and stress of seeing blood and actually have the confidence to deal with a life threatening emergency and actually help someone from bleeding to death.

I'm so glad I did this training and I was amazed on how easy it can be to save someone's life once you know what to do and how to do it. I think the most valuable thing on this course was the realistic dummies and practical exercises that makes a huge difference on your mindset and confidence.

I highly recommend Ray and his academy to anyone and I can't thank him enough for being so professional, patient, and a great trainer.

Currently enrolled at Ray Mancini Academy in Joondalup for Cert 3 CIT and Handgun Industry Shoot. All the trainers are very knowledgable and helpful and Ray's instruction with Firearms is very clear and precise, I was immediately comfortable handling the guns and firing due to his knowledge and guidance. Highly recommended to anyone

I am literally 5 minutes away and sitting in my vehicle at a bus stop. I have signed up for this course and I have completed some exams and assignments.

If I had the magic of hindsight I would not have commenced it at this time.

I have had some major personal setbacks in my. Some of these issues have just mounted up and I am in fact so overwhelmed I am having trouble typing this text. The doctor says I'm having a nervous breakdown and I had better rest or it will get a lot worse.

These guys have been AWESOME about that, but their instructors and instructions are so awesome I would feel terrible if I pissed them off ģtþþ I have the utmost respect for them all.
