Raw Meow

My cats love the freeze dried chicken! It's expensive but worth it as it is a healthy treat that they adore.

My cat (a devon rex) loves raw meow mix on her raw kangaroo mince. She's been eating it for several years now.
Only visited the shop once as I buy from the Perth Cat Hospital, which is very near to my workplace.

Our cats have not bee on anything else but Raw Meow. They absolutely love all of there products, and every time I think of buying premade food, I just think of how their potentially missing out on all of the goodness from Raw Meow.

I initially joined the Raw facebook group wanting to learn more about raw feeding for my cat, I was pretty undecided. I had lots of questions and I found everyone so supportive. There was no pushing the raw meow products on anybody. I read and read also from other raw feeding groups and decided to give raw meow a go. I have an extremely fussy cat who previously only ate 1 brand and 1 flavour food. Since I started raw meow he
can't get enough of it. Customer service has been fantastic, always there to answer any questions or enquiries. Can not fault them in anyway

My cats have been on raw meow now for 18+ months and they've never been healthier. Being able to speak directly to the owner of the product and know exactly what's going into it is reassuring. Being in a Facebook group with the owner, other raw feeders, some raw friendly vets and some very experienced cat carers makes for an exceptional wealth of knowledge and a community all focused on what's best for their cats.

I’ve been using RMM for several years & have two very happy, healthy cats to show for it. The customer service is amazing & it’s lovely to support a small, Aussie business.

Excellent service, excellent products, my cats have never been healthier, been using these products for 4 years. Highly recommend.

This product has some potential! But not without good support. The group page promotes products vehemently and every other product is somehow not balanced and they do not back their claims. Promotion is important for business but making such strong claims needs research backing, otherwise all are on an equal playing field and fighting with customers just doesn’t work well.

Admins belittle and judge people, this in itself severely downgrades the value of the product as the support is required to transition your pet onto raw foods that are then more often than not supplemented with their powdered mixes and/or toppers and treats.

The products May be easy to use but it is somewhat unpalatable to the cat without toppers and strategies that take enormous energy resources when support is lacking.

I did continue, and took on ideas for my fussy cat with NO real success, and - Lots of Waste! -

The reason why this product has not worked for me is poor customer service and a product that is basically unpalatable except the treats which I have found make a good topper to get my cat interested in other raw food brands. Btw, the treat is simply dehydrated chicken and extremely expensive.

There are some other very exceptional products out there so don’t let a bad experience deter you.

This product is overpriced.

Yes you can DIY without biased
? Expertise? If you are qualified or not, you have a sincere interest in your pets health and nutrition, take it on, find a nutritionist and resources that support your journey.

New to feeding raw - find an animal nutritionist who actually cares about your pet and you!
Who cares about your experience transitioning and your experience maintaining this diet for your pet.
Nothing beats education of self, so get ‘professional’ advice, do your own research - avoid these expensive labels you simply cannot sustain them.

Overpriced. There are similar products out there that are more reasonably priced. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Really love the products, I like the range enough, and also that there are supplements and other bits to help with tummy troubles.

However, every single time I have come in, the owner is exceedingly rude. As a business owner - when someone enters I don't believe the customer should be the first to say hey, nor do I think it should take the attendant a solid 15 seconds to finish up texting before giving a response. In other instances I have seen the owner all spritely and positive to certain individuals in the store but becomes rude and condescending to others.

It confuses me how someone who generally is only forced to interact with the public face to face for 3 hours a week in their own business can treat people like she is doing them the favour, especially to people like me and my partner who are always actively kind and smiling.

Unfortunately for us, she has the superior product and will continue to get our business, but her attitude needs some serious adjustments.

Laura is the best of the best! My precious Devon Rex Milania has recently developed severe allergic dermatitis. As part of her allergy investigations she is on a strict elimination diet. With the Raw Meow Hypoallergenic single protein mix, ensuring her diet remains balanced has been made super easy and reduced my stress levels hugely. Laura is always so helpful and gives her time to answer and and all questions. Her knowledge of not only raw feeding but general health advice (not replacing vet advice of course) is fantastic. If you love your cat slaves and want the best for their health with biologically appropriate feeding, Raw Meow is your best choice. Your cat slaves with thank you with extra smooches especially if you buy a sneaky pack of “kitty Krack” aka treats found on the website. Milania’s favourite is the freeze dried Raw Kangaroo

My cats absolutely love the treats! Our kitten won’t eat anything else she’s that in love with them she will wake us up at 6am screaming at us and runs straight to the treat cupboard when we get up! The emails from Oliver just make my day too! Such an amazing place with fast delivery! I live in Melbourne and place an order every 2 months and the kitties goods always arrive in a couple of days!

Prior to the arrival of my beloved RB, I set out to really research diets for my cat. I wanted to be well informed about the industry, diet, gut and teeth health. I think it's great this company allows purchasers to buy samples of different products and flavours because I know I have a fussy cat and I'm always throwing things away, that my fussy eater will not touch. Lastly, all I can say is once your cats had Krack they will never go back. My cat loves his treats and I know he is getting the best for his health. Who doesn't want a happy healthy cat?

Both my cats are raw fed and Raw Meow makes it so simple and I’m assured that my cats are getting the balanced diet they need. I also use the freeze dried product and the treats, my cats though fussy with canned and dried food gobble these up every time. Thank you Laura and Raw Meow for a great product, service and supporting me feed my cats a biologically appropriate diet.

Absolutely the best product i have found for my kitties. They are thriving beautifully. Best of all there is now no more fussiness & less throwing up!
Laura is also a wealth of information & I would recommend these products 100%.

RMM and the Australian Raw Fed Cats Facebook group have been an absolute life saver for me. Whilst many in the group do DIY I just don’t have the time to make sure the balance is right. RMM and the other raw meow products make it easy to know you are giving a balanced raw diet. Laura has gone above and beyond to check on orders, answer questions and give her free time to the endless questions that come from people wanting to start the raw journey. Highly recommend the products and so does my cat who is always waiting at feed times for his yummy food!

Wonderful products and great support and insight from Laura to feed balanced raw. There is a recent very negative post here and although everyone is entitled to their opinion the comments here have been very far from my experience over the last 2-3 years of following Laura and team on the Australian raw fed FB page. My boys (brown Burms) have gone from strength to strength on Raw Meow products (no UTI’s after Milo suffered for weeks under vet supervision & a much calmer and settled Indi). Lots of support (as long as raw is balanced) for all raw feeders (including pre made - proudi, big dog & organic paws) but for us RMM is our go to and my recommender for ease of feeding and cat health (you should see their beautiful coats) Thanks Laura & Oliver (from Indi & Milo)

Cannot praise Laura, her Raw Meow Products and the community she has built enough. Her philosophy of always putting your cats first is indisputably evident. Laura has been extremely transparent, encouraging and supportive in her guidance of raw feeding and I have learnt so much from the Raw Meow Group. Whilst using RMM may not be the most cost-effective option for everyone, there is no other raw feeding product like it in terms of quality and convenience. Thank you for all that you do Laura

When I first decided to feed my cat raw, I was overwhelmed with stress at the thought of working out how to do it properly. After discovering the Raw Meow Mix products, I know she is getting a complete and balanced meal. All I have to do is add raw muscle meat.
She absolutely loves it, her poop is tiny and not smelly, and her coat is so shiny! She also loves the Raw Meow freeze dried chicken necks and freeze dried chicken crumble (kitty krack)

Thank you for putting your heart and soul in to helping other furbabies by creating this product. I had every intention of doing DIY when I started raw feeding, but not only is RMM sooo convenient, it is balanced and complete. It removes any guess work from meal prepping. Oh and of course the freeze dried treats are a huge hit! Thank you again for Raw Meow and the amazing group you run for us to come together and get the support we need.
