Ravens Coffee reviews
64The breakfast was very tasty (smashed avo on sourdough and scrambled eggs with streaky bacon) although the portion sizes were a bit on the small side. Our hot drinks were disappointing - they arrived halfway through our meal and staff were not busy serving others, just chatting. My tea had been sitting on the pass steeping for so long that it was undrinkable by the time I got it, although the coffee my partner had was good. I was disappointed to learn that having milk with tea was considered an “extra” though and that the only milk options I could choose from were lactose free, almond or soy.
Simple food, not much effort put into presentation and unfortunately the tables outside weren't cleaned properly so there were a lot of flies around which made it impossible to stay
Foods a bit drab, though the cake s are good
Coffee s great, service is very friendly. Surroundings are lovely. It's a beaut, view of the river, from the veranda. A really nice place to come and easily the best in Denmark.
Dont get me wrong the coffee is actuslly really great and they roast their own beans!
The only complaint was that we were there 3 times and didn't wait less than 25 minutes for our coffees.
Worth the wait but you have to have the time.
Coffee was OK but not outstanding. Service was exceedingly slow. We waited about 25 minutes from ordering to receiving coffee.
Stopped by everyday on a recent trip to Denmark. My partner enjoyed the coffee and I loved that I could get a rooibos latte. Good selection of dairy-free milk options.
Came here twice during our holiday down in Great Southern. Good coffee, delicious pork and fennel sausage roll with homemade ketchup. They also have a homemade relish which is so good. Great service! Highly recommended!
Been before and really enjoyed the coffee, but attempted to get some beans and was told by several staff I couldn't have any as the boss wasn't in and they weren't sure when more would be available.
I know things are busy over the Christmas period but I'd rather locally roasted beans to support local business than generics from IGA.
This places hires kids and the service and quality are very clearly reflected by this. They have a gab session while working which results in long wait times and poor quality coffee.
Very friendly service and funky vibe. During Covid everyone is busy; however, I was extremely impressed with the quality service and coffee quality. The front of house staff deserve a special mention.
Only had time to grab coffee to go, they had it ready to pick up when we got there. Enjoyed the great coffee on the road
Ordered a coffee and two teas to go. Both were really good.
$6 for a tea is a little on the high end though.
Big cue for Easter but wait was well worth it. Food came quickly and was amazingly presented. Great taste and very affordable. Coffee is excellent aswell. 5 Stars
Baristas couldn’t differentiate between skim and full cream milk when two coffees with one of each was ordered - ended up with both skim. Waitress and waiter both extremely unfriendly. The reputation for being the coffee hotspot in town has possibly gotten to their heads. Coffee was bitter, possibly burnt - avoid.
Had the bacon and eggs, topped off with a perfectly brewed coffee, and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend going here. We were able to grab a table facing the river and really enjoyed our breakfast with the rising sun.
Great spot as soon as you get into Denmark. Ripper beans and brew. Enjoyed a stunning flathead here on multiple occasions and will again soon!
My Dad and I had the 'Pumpkin Chicken Curray' and we haven't stopped talking about how great it was since. DELICIOUS!
The food sounds great but I must have made a mistake choosing the chicken curry. Sorry to tell you but I am still sick, weeks later, having had treatment for campylobacter infection. Need to be careful with chicken.
Amazing coffee place with a lot of vegan and gluten free options. They roast their own beans, so great coffee and a lot of sweets to go with it. Besides the things on the menu they also have sushi & rolls to order. We loved the place and really recommend it.
