Amber is the only reason I'm giving this product any stars though. Sadly, rationale was such a disappointment and did not work for me. I really wanted to love it, but everything about it - the feel, the delivery method, the smell - was not worth it at all, and it dried and broke my skin out terribly. Amber is a lovely therapist, though.

2 years later and still having the best facials by Ali. She is so knowledgeable about the products and adjusts to what I need. Still my ‘go to’ for the best facial and products

I had the most incredible facial today with Emily from the subiaco store. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and it was exactly what I needed. I walked out with super glowing skin! My face and I loved it. Highly recommend

Mirella is incredible! She is so professional and has honestly changed my skin more than I ever thought it could be. The change in my skin since seeing her is astonishing - I went from having regular sore, hormonal break outs on my chin, to having crystal clear skin. The treatments combined with the products has dramatically reduced my pigmentation, acne and cured my uneven skin tone. Could not recommend Mirella or Rationale more!

I had the most beautiful facial with Lauren. I had the Epinova treatment and found it to be incredibly luxurious and relaxing. My skin has never looked better! All the Rationale products are amazing. I highly recommend this treatment.

Amber is the only reason I'm even giving this product any stars though. After 3 months of diligent use of my prescribed essential 6, i'm left with red, inflamed skin that is flaking on my cheeks and pooling like an oil field on my t-zone. This product made me breakout (which is a rarity for me) and exacerbated my pores and fine lines (again, no mean feat, considering I get Botox!).
I've been getting facials since I was 15 and laser since I was 24; my skin has always been admired by many clinicians and I've responded so well to actives in the past. Sadly, rationale was such a disappointment and did not work for me.
I really wanted to love it but everything about it - the feel, the delivery method, the smell - was not worth it at all. I'm now having to spend even more time trying to fix the damage this product wrought on my face! My other dermal therapists have confirmed I'm not the only one that has had a bad reaction to these products; she even packed me a lovely samples package of cosmedix products (my go to skincare prior to this stuff) to tide me over until my cosmedix order arrived, such was the extent of the damage to my skin: (
Never again will i go near rationale unfortunately - and it truly is a shame; Amber is a lovely therapist and if it were not for the useless products being used in their treatments, I would highly recommend her.
