Always happy with my brow experience at Ra Ra and if I’ve ever needed a touch up for whatever reason Rach has always been super helpful and done it asap. The most lovely surprise is the light massage throughout. I leave floating with fabulous brows!

Had my eyebrows laminated with Rachel and it was a fantastic experience. Rachel made me feel very at ease and listened to what I wanted from the appt so attentively. The wax and lamination process was flawless and I loved the massage in between! Absolutely obsessed with the results. Highly recommend, I’ll be back!

The girls here are wonderful.
They have an extensive knowledge in hair and beauty. They explain the process of what they will be doing and the best after care. Super relaxed and welcoming feel, wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Only had hair cut/trim and it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but that was my fault, I should have asked price before booking.

All the girls in Ra’Ra are so talented and I’ve always been so happy with anything they have done anytime I have gone there. They are such a lovely bunch of girls and are so approachable and always put their clients needs and wants first! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Although I liked the lashes, it would be nice if you girls could take a few minutes of the day to call the clients that have not replied to the txt reminder confirming their appointments. This is a sign that you care about them. As a very busy mum of a special child I didn't notice I received a text from you and this cost me $75

Got my brows done, my brows were Year 2000 - so yes hideously thin - I didn’t have any expectations except I knew Chelsea from feedback I was given was amazing so booked in and cannot believe (but not surprised) that she was able to make my eyebrows look so beautiful and honestly I feel like it’s the first time at 38 I have eyebrows! Already booked in for next appt! So so so happy

I’ve seen a grace twice note for a lash lift and tint and she provides an amazing service! My lashes are fabulous and she’s the only technician I’ve been to that actually tints the bottom lashes after a lash lift. Plus her mini massages in between waiting for the lift and tint to process are divine! Highly recommend Grace
