After an attempted break-in at my home whilst away I contacted the Rapid Alarms team. In almost no time at all they provided a recommendation on the optimal system for the house, then revised that recommendation (to a lesser budget) on visiting the house for a more thorough assessment. They were then able to expedite the install for our peace of mind.

James was able to quickly diagnose a fault on my Hikvision camera system. Faulty part was replaced and assistance over the phone was provided to re-programme. This avoided the costly expense of replacing the NVR.

Highly recommended. James and his installation staff were very very helpful and professional from the very start (getting a quote) to installation. I was very impressed with the after installation service from them. Whenever I have troubles changing the settings on the cameras, James is always willing to be there to help, which you dont really get from other companies. Many companies once they have done the job, thats about it. They usually cant bothered helping you out with little things like changing the settings on your camera system. Do your self a favour, go talk to James from rapid alarms if you ever want to install a good quality camera system at a reasonable price!
