Ranford Road Dental Centre

I am very disappointed with the dental service I received from this clinic. My wife had a filling done and it fell off the next day. I called them and they made her wait for two weeks to get another appointment. The second filling also fell off. I called them again and a manager promised her an appointment for Saturday. However, when she went there, they said they had no record of her appointment and asked her to come back another day. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They wasted our time and money and caused us a lot of pain and inconvenience. They need to improve their quality of work and their customer service. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

My first visit to this fine establishment and I am now fully converted. From the front desk welcome to the services provided I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. So glad I am now on the books. This dentistphobic patient is now looking forward to the next appointment.

This was my first appointment at the Radford Road Dental Centre. I have to admit that I was worried so I was so happy when Dr Vicky Foo put my fears to rest. Hopefully next visits will bring the same feelings.

My son was treated by Dr Yeshani and she is simply brilliant. Great communication and understanding

Dr Vicki is awesome, caring, provided excellent services, kind，patient, committed, thorough to explain and answer questions, went over and above to accommodate my mum to fix her crown at short notice. So appreciate her help!

Had 4 of my wisdom extractions done with dr. Ranjeet Sekhon. Extraction itself surprisingly took about 40 minutes to do, considering my bottom wisdoms were pretty badly impacted. Minimal pain aftermath and managing only with paracetamol and ibuprofen. He was very professional as I’ve told him I was really nervous about this appointment. Dr Sekhon was very quick and very good at his job! Cannot recommend enough! Thanks Dr Sekhon!

My father had appointment this morning at 11.30 am with Dr. Vicky Foo.
My father is very happy, satisfied as during and after the treatment didn't give him any pain.
He really appreciated the Vicky's explanation and the visualization of his tooth that gave him problem.
Thank you very much Dr. Vicky for your professional excellent care, patience and helpfulness.

Please avoid this dentist.really frustrated about the after service.
Had tooth extraction month ago.and whole month suffered with pain &sensitivity.still using pain killers. No care taken and not sure whole tooth removed or not. Tried to make an appointment few times and
they are reluctant make it and adviced to wait and see.
Do not recommend.

Reception team was awesome, left my contact on a wait list and they managed to squeeze me in today.
They were patient and friendly when I arrived.

Loved my clean today by Hygienist Noor.

She was professional and assuring.
My teeth feel clean and fresh!

My kid's appointment was changed twice and I requested Not to have any more changes because I would be making the arrangement to attend the dental. A day before the appointment, I am getting an email with the different timings without even consulting me which is not acceptable. When I called the front desk ppl, She said "we won't change the appointments without checking you or your husband " but the truth is, we haven't got any calls and they don't even know the reason for changing the timings. I will never return to this dental clinic though the dentists at this practice are good. Very poor management.

I saw Dr Vicki yesterday and she is very knowledgeable and patient with explaining about any issues. She will only recommended required treatments. I was not being pressured into any other treatment plan which I often find, is the case with many dental clinics. I have already booked next appointment in 6 months. Thank you

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and not going to lie, I've been pretty lazy with my flossing. Best clean I've ever had and my teeth look so white after the fluoride treatment (which I've never had before at other places). Everyone was super welcoming and I felt very comfortable. Also very informative. I have booked my next clean in 6 months and even went and bought the recommended electric toothbrush. Now I'm looking forward to looking after my teeth better and flossing more!

I saw Dr Vicki a few weeks ago and wanted to say thanks for being so patient and thorough with explaining everything. She only recommended treatments that I needed and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into other "extra" services which I often find, is the case with many dental places these days. Hard to find such honesty these days. Thank you!

I saw Dr Alex Park today who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend this surgery. Even the reception was friendly:)

I didn't know how rough and brutal Vicky Foo was for cleaning until I saw other dentists and realized what happened to my teeth.

After looking for a good reliable Dentist for quite sometime I managed to find one, very impress at the service Dr Shanash and her assistance Kelly provided today. 100% would recommend.

Today my family of 3 got our teeth cleaned by Kristie and she has been excellent. Extremely patient with my little boy of age 3 and was very friendly, providing us with clear explanation of everything. I would highly recommend them. I was referred to them by my sister whose whole family is taken care of by Kristie as well. Everything was covered by Medibank and no surprises unlike some of the other dentist I have been to.

Could not be more pleased with the results after seeing dr Vicki about a sore tooth I had I will never see anyone else most detailed and accurate diagnosis that a dentist has ever gave me after booking in and getting the root canal I needed done.instantly no more pain and was such a gentle and pleasent procedure back to a pain free smile and couldent be happier with how everything was
