Ranford Medical Centre

Worst medical centre. Went to this clinic couple of times with son, doctor even did not bother doing any physical examination. After this bad experience went to another clinic only to find out our 3 years got developed chest infection. My sister had the similar experience.

Whomever the nurse was that i spoke to was the most understanding professional i have ever dealt with. THANK YOU. She actually cared. The doctor helped and the lady that took my blood was very pleasant.thank you all for today.

Called today to ask the "friendly" receptionist about a custom mouth guard but she would not give me a price or quote as she cannot. Just insisted on booking me for an appointment. Quite bad customer service considering I have got quotes from other places and had more helpful experiences.

Just moved into the area and trying to find a Dr for my daughter. Found her here, Dr Whyte is amazing, easy to talk to and very thorough. She really takes the time with her patients. I highly recommend her.

I have been going here for years great doctors thankyou for your expertise mum has been going now also they are knowledgeable after having changed her doctor for many years.

Good clinic with lab facilities and excellent staff. Have been visiting Dr. Foley for my kids who is very nice, professional and friendly doctor giving attention to all details and discuss to your satisfaction.

I have tried to email them so many times and no replies back: (I’m overseas so I can’t call and I desperately needed my results. Not sure why they are not responding.

Shame on reception & Dr Khinsoe today for not being more compassionate and recognizing mental health issues. My 2 year old grand daughter has since been diagnosed with scarlet fever!

Friendly and professional reception staff and Dr. Ted Khinsoe, very good practitioner with excellent, calm attitude!

I came and saw Dr Alex. He was very friendly and professional. They made me feel relaxed and confident while having my checkup. I will definitely be back.

Drs Khinsoe, Montgomery and Tan are all amazing doctors. You can usually get in to see Dr Khinsoe quite easily but the other two work part-time and it can sometimes be up to a month when they have a free appointment. It's a shame because they're both exceptional female doctors but sometimes a patient can't wait that long.
Reception staff at this clinic are hit and miss. Waiting times can be excessive. Phoning for an appointment first thing in the morning can sometimes be met with "sorry we're all booked out for today" so best to try and book online using the Health Engine system

Dr Amanda Montgomery was so great, she made me feel comfortable and I felt like she actually cared.:)
