Incredible service during and after an emergency evacuation. Timely, calm, confident, and gentle with the horses during a very stressful situation. Clean, safe truck with due consideration given to our horses comfort. Thank you for taking such good care of our boys. We will not hesitate to use Ramsay again future.

Writing this on behalf of my mum and everyone else at the stables. We are so incredibly grateful for Ramsay services. During the recent bushfires we all had no way of transporting our horses out to safety. Thanks to Ramsays they were able to pick up 10 of our horses and allow them to stay on the owners property for a couple of days. The men who picked up the horses were extremely professional and caring for the horses, making us all feel reassured and eased. When we arrived to the stables the owner had hay and water awaiting for our horses. We are eternally grateful for this amazing team! Highly recommend their services if you are looking to move or transport your horses anywhere. The care they take of horses is truely unmatched. Thank you thank thank you Ramsay’s

I cannot recommend these wonderful people enough.
In the midst of the Wanneroo bushfire they quickly and efficiently moved a trailer of our loved horses.
Upon arrival, a beautiful secure paddock was set up for them, with multiple tubs of water and ample hay ready to go.
Amidst the chaos, they were calm, organised and compassionate.
Will recommend to anyone needing transport for their horses.

A mate's wife has her own truck to transport hers and her daughter's horses to and from events, competitions etc. The truck has the ability to carry 6 or so horses. Travelling interstate to an event she offered to take a couple friends horses across to share the expense.
When the owner of ramsay horses found out that one of his client's horses was on board he phoned my mate's wife and sprayed her with a barrage of threats and abuse, calling her some disgusting names and threatening to go to her house to "sort her out".
Wow sounds like a real macho man.
Avoid this company.

I am so grateful for Ramsay's Transport who trucked my horse from VIC to WA. He is a huge boy who is unfortunately injured and they took such amazing care of him on the trip. He arrived in amazing condition and was very relaxed coming off the truck, which is a huge credit to the team after such a long trip across Australia. I will definitely use Ramsay's again. Thank you all!

Paul’s manager Shannon Jeffes booked up work on his Landcruiser on Ramsay’s account at our mechanical workshop, Paul had set a precedent by paying for all works carried out on ‘Shagger’s’ vehicles many time before but this time refused to pay for it? I requested payment numerous times but was told there was not a Ramsay’s purchase order number on the invoice and when we approached ‘Shagger’ he refused to pay also!
The amount owed was approximately $750, not worth my effort of court proceedings.

Shannon and his partner have since been found guilty of major insurance fraud.hahaha

Unless you are a race horse owner or trainer don't bother with this bussiness. Multiple times I have tried to book with this bussiness over the past couple of years and have been unsuccessful to even get my horse on the truck.

The first few times they wouldn't return my calls. Then I managed to get a call back and was told the date and that I would receive a call that morning to let me know when the truck would be arriving. I received no such call and when i contact them I was told that they had left without trying to contact me.

The last time however is what has done it. Firstly I was quoted $250 for a one way trip, however that price is normally for a return trip as well. It didn't bother me too much as I didn't need the return trip and was happy my horse could go on spell while we are crazy at work. I was told that the truck would be there at 6.30am. After waiting for half an hour (and calling the company a couple of times with no answer) the stable owner woke up and came out to tell me that she had missed a call from the truck driver about 5.30am to let her know the truck would be early. When the company finally contacted me they told me that they didn't know when they truck will be leaving and that they had only given the driver the stable owners number and not the horses owners number (seems like a silly thing to do, What if they had been in an accident and my horse was injured). I let them know that the truck had already left and they gave me a half hearted apology. Didn't offer to take him on the next truck or even tell me when the next truck would be, didn't offer a discount. Nothing.

Clearly race horses are more important than every equestrians.

Excellent service.picked up a weanling qh colt, first time floating, the driver was fabulous and patient, loaded beautifully and no stress.will be using them again in the future.

Absolutely incredible company. I could not fault them on a single thing. After having a nightmare experience with another company Ramsay's were extremely patient and understanding. I got updates each day as to how my horse was tracking and his where abouts. Angela in the office is so compassionate and one of the easiest and politest ladies to deal with. They said my horse would be on the truck a certain day and he was. They said he would arrive a certain day and he was! They are true to their word and truly know how to run a business.

Please do not look past this company when choosing who you want to transport your horse with they will not let you down. My horse arrived in perfect health and he is a very happy little guy. I will definitely be using them again.
