Ramen Samurai reviews
57Love this place. The Curry Ramen and Black garlic ramen are amazing and so tasty. Also, the staff are so warm and welcoming.
Amazing, so happy to eat the gluten free ramen.unforgettable experience, great understanding staff and delicious
Rude staff. I booked a table for 7: 30pm and the lady told me to sit down while waiting for my husband to find parking. I asked if I could sit at my table whilst I wait for my husband. She refused to allow me! She said she could not sit me until all parties had anrrived. She continued to sit walk ins. As I was on time I would ha ve thought I could have been seated. I decided to find my husband who was finding parking difficult. Once we parked we went to the restaurant only to receive the most rudest stares and gossip in their language. This is our 2nd time coming back here. I cant believe that management is so rude and without customer care. Bad start, bad attitude and should be let go. She did not explain why I could not sit at my table even though the table was ready. We would not come back here again and would not recommend it’s sad because the food here is good - management is not!
Good variety of ramen and Japanese rice bowls. Black garlic ramen is popular. Karaage chicken as a side dish.
Service staffs had changed. The usual friendly greetings had gone. Dishes tasted slightly different. Generally, things had changed.
A great casual atmosphere, with touches of multiple Japanese themes. Friendly helpful staff and a very tasty meal provided. I WILL be back. Excellent!
This is the first Japanese restaurant which makes me falling in love with curry. So good the chicken skin Cracker is amazing I love them all
Easily the best Japanese we’ve had in Perth, hands down. We’re regular visitors and always come here, despite not living close by.
The staff are always friendly and sweet, the food is always delicious and the dining experience is great. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Delicious Japanese cuisine at very affordable prices, lovely decor and comfortable seating. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Looking at the reviews I decided to try here. The service is a little lax where they forgot one of my order and I had to wait for the staff to set up the table before she could bring me the menu for me to pint out the name. I’d say the ramen was really good, great portion for that price. The takoyaki however feels a little too doughy. Karage tako was alright. I’d give another go to try other ramen on the menu.
Ordered online for delivery and we waited 30’mins only to have our order rejected! Very unprofessional to have us waited! We could have ordered somewhere else.
Impeccable food. The shio and shoyu ramen here has only been challenged by one other ramen restuarant in the whole of Perth. The karaage tako is very cripsy and always a perfect amount. Only issue I have is not being able to finish a whole bowl, but I always want to. Always very friendly staff and great service. One of my favourite restuarants in Vic Park.
Ramen was so so good. The karaage and gyoza we're also super tasty. The staff were welcoming and efficient. And the food came out so quickly, we were grateful for our empty tummies.
Another awesome ramen spot to add to our list. We need to go back there again. Great service and great food. Very understanding staff. We went with our kids and the staff were very accommodating. The ramen was good broth and the noodles were certainly as fresh as can be.
The staff told me to take a seat and wait for a table, yet from sitting here for twenty minutes, I've seen numerous arrangements of customers, some exceeding the capacity I had asked for, without bookings, get seated.
Multiple tables were ready to go during the entire duration of my seated wait. It's like they placed me within the naughty corner.
Where's the service? Disgusting.
I've had this twice now, and it's absolutely delightful. Service is friendly and super fast, ramen is delicious. Everything was the perfect consistency.
Hot, soupy, garlicy, porky goodness.
Plus, you know when they bring out the wooden ladle. It's gonna slap hard.
Went there for lunch and was happy with the food served. Loved their Gyoza! However, Karagee didn't live the hype for me!
Friendly staff but a bit pricey. No split billing either and a 1.5% surcharge on credit and debit cards. If you want good ramen check out Hakata Gensuke down the road, it's worth the extra money. They do have a restroom here though and (limited) gluten free ramen options!
Had their "Top. 2" Black Garlic Ramen but it just made me down ; (The soup is a bit too salty and the noodle has no different with instant noodle that I bought from supermarket. Look at the no-soul-japanese-soft-boiled-egg.omg.
Its a bit shocking that the portion sized for a chicken teriyaki rice don is this size for $16.50. I’m so sorry but I did confirm with the person in charge. Times are bad but 4 small pieces of chicken and half a bowl of rice isn’t that good. I don’t mind paying but this is laughable.great job Ramen samurai. Owner/manager came to me and told me that is disappointing that I gave them 1 star and told me that this isn't a food court. I am truly disappointed with this approach from them
