Was very expensive, owner kept trying to get my daughter to try on a dress that was completely the opposite of what she said she was looking for

Great selections of gowns. Purchased 2 gowns within 6 months and very happy with service which was given by Raimond. Highly recommend a visit to Subicao and see the beautiful gowns.

It was quite a bad experience. The male worker was very intimidating. Although he was being very professional and trying to get the point across about the dresses not being available for rent, he was quite rude and harsh about it. The main thing he was concerned about was if things were in budget, stating that "there was no point in trying on any dresses if its out of budget", although doing so may help narrow down to a more specific dress or give ideas. He was extremely repetitive about damage to the dresses and stating that if I were to even step on the dress while trying it on in the boutique I would have to pay for it. There did seem to be quite a range of dresses however I didn't look through or try anything on because of how intimidating and rude he was. If you plan to go here I suggest bringing an adult with you as the other customers at the time (who had an adult with them) were treated much nicer, and weren't spoken to as if they were in kindy and couldn't process information.

The guy made a judgement the second i walked in the door to remind me “you can not hire dresses from here” then when i saw a really nice dress i wanted to try on he went to say “do you have a budget, because this dress is $800 and if you damage it putting it on you will have to come up with that money” all i wanted was to try on a nice dress and he instantly resisted to allow me.will not be coming back here

After doing some research online, we found only a handful of formal wear shops for women, that would suits our needs. We were looking for a proper dress for a very important Black Tie event. Raimond was very helpful from the beginning and he had huge patience going through all the different dresses with us. We ended up going with an expensive but beautiful Faviana dress in black that was not in stock. Raimond put the order through on his online platform straight to New York with urgency, as we needed the dress to be here and altered within 1 week. The dress arrived with DHL Express in 3 days, then Raimond also recommended a great alteration company. The event was absolutely amazing and we had so many comploments on the dress, we even made it to the West Australian paper! We couldn't be happier with our purchase, thank you so much, will definitely return!

I'd shopped for a dress in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra without any luck. It was between seasons and nothing worked for our Perth engagement party! I went into Raimonds just one week before the event, crossing my fingers. Thankfully Raimond was a saviour! He helped me for about an hour as I tried on a range of stunning gowns, giving honest feedback and guidance on any alterations that may be needed. I could've bought about five pieces from him but ultimately settled on a classic red gown. This is now my go-to store for any special occasions and I've already told all my family, co-workers and friends to check it out! A huge thanks for saving the day and look forward to shopping here for my next event!

The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful.they were able to find a ball dress for me that suited my body shape and was the right size.i would definitely recommend this shop for formal wear for anyone looking to buy and i would definitely visit the store again if i had another formal event

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member and the store has some lovely dresses, unfortunately we picked the wrong time to visit. Due to the change of season, stock and sizes were very limited. If you're petite you'll find yourself spoilt for choice.
