Great service from Mark. Honest mechanic that gets the job done. Whenever I have problems with my engine cooling system, I go to them. During the holidays I was desperate to find the source of my coolant leak and Mark was able to identify and resolve the problem on the same day. Saved my scheduled trip down Albany from being cancelled and it became a worry free drive. I got back without losing any more coolant.

Well I needed a replacement radiator for my Triton ute, look no further as after speaking to Mark I've got a quality replacement for the old ute, value compared to some of the quotes.

Absolute Legends had overheating issues with my patrol they replaced my radiator on Friday morning but still overheating (not their fault) took car back Friday afternoon found waterpump bearing let go they went the extra mile and stayed back late on a Friday of a long weekend to get it sorted Mark you the best

Radiator started leaking Monday rang them up brought it in the same day checked it over told me within 5 minutes what was wrong… gone back the following day everything was done by the afternoon even after me needing another part. Great customer service, reliable and honest

Best radiator service in Western Australia. Honest service, honest people and very thorough repairs. These guys don't second guess, try this, try that - they know exactly what they are doing and they will do it very well. Their pricing is reasonable and they will never deliberately point you to an expensive option. I was given an honest explanation and the best way to fix the problem. If you have any problem with your radiator/ any over heating problems just call these lovely people and you will thank me later.

What they quote is what they charge. And their quote was a few hundred dollars cheaper then 3other quotes. If further work is needed they will call and ask if you would like them to do it without feeling pressured. Dropped my car off in the morning and collected early that afternoon. Also got a brief education on maintaining my new radiator.

Got them to clean the radiator out of my 80 series because I got a fresh motor to go in it before I go up to Darwin, great customer service, fast turn around time, great price, great advice. I will come back for radiator repairs in the future.

Just when I was about to give up looking for help regarding my old car, The Radiator Factory went above and beyond to help me replace the old radiator and get my car back on the road it never over heats anymore. Don't waste your time any where else go straight to The Radiator Factory if you want the best service in the west.

I had a difficult radiator that needed custom making from 3 core to 4 core (International Scout 4x4). They handled it with ease even though other radiator shops had choked on it. It was ready on time at the price quoted and they are just a pleasant family run business to deal with. Recommended!

A massive shout out to Celia and Mark at the Radiator Factory in Maddington, Perth. We started our trip across Australia yesterday on our way to our next posting over East and 25 mins in our car started overheating pulling a trailer in 42 degree heat.
I started calling around to all kinds of places but for those uninitiated to the West, Sunday is a day where all life stops and many businesses are shut.
Mark came back into work from doing his Christmas shopping with his kids to get us on the road AND threw in a veterans discount. Absolute top aussie people that provided us with great service at great inconvenience to themselves. They even gave us their mobile number in case we had any issues down the track. Check them out if you are in the area and in need of radiator repairs or maintenance!
