Misdiagnosis. Husband had a toothache, went a couple days ago, they said nothing was wrong and prescribed antibiotics which he already had (overprescribed incorrect medication) and we paid for the X-ray and sent home. Went to the another dentist today, he needed immediate anaesthetic and removal of buildup in a cavity. He could have lost a tooth if we didn’t get a second opinion. Do better, we pay good money for this and just got scammed.

Just had all four wisdom teeth extracted here and I couldn’t fault the experience. Obviously it’s not an enjoyable procedure and I was very nervous and hesitant, but the team did their best to calm my nerves and it was no where near as bad as I thought it was going to be and was over before I knew it. All the staff are so helpful and I feel they really listen and care about you. I am glad I put my trust in them.

I came here a week ago with a government subsidy form and I had the best experience. The receptionist is absolutely amazing- when I called up I barely knew what the form was or how it works and she explained it all for me then helped me book an appointment. Once I came in for my appointment the receptionist was again really helpful and made the process much easier. The best receptionist I’ve ever dealt with at any place EVER! The clean, x-rays and procedures all went really well. Everything I needed to pay for was said to me prior to it being done so I understood the costs. I ended up needing four small fillings and they even let me get them done that day. Definitely recommend this dentist:)

I initially booked in to see Dr Justin Soon to see about having an implant done. Justin said he could not only do 3 implants at once, but it was much cheaper than I was quoted at another place. After looking at my teeth he commented on my rather bulky front bridge which had been done 10 years prior. I had consulted with three other dentists over the years to have it re-done but no one would touch it.
Justin not only said he could do it, but he painstakingly spent alot of time to make sure it was the correct look and shade to my other teeth. He was meticulous and the result is awesome! Would highly recommend him to anyone. Thankyou Justin.

I took my son to Radiant Smiles Dental Care at 9 pm on Saturday night for emergency treatment after he knocked out 3 front teeth while mountain biking. That was the only dentist in Perth I could find open at that time. He received the necessary treatment and the team didn’t mind to stay open longer to finish with his teeth. Thank you so much to the team at Radiant Smiles! If we haven’t fixed my boy’s teeth the same day all chances are he would be missing 3 teeth now.

I was in desperate need of a new bottom denture as my previous denture from another dentist hurt so much I couldn't wear them. So I contacted these guys after reading other reviews. Dr Anand Ponnusamy looked after me from start to finish. The time, effort & care taken to ensure these fit correctly & don't hurt, I'm so grateful I can eat properly again. I had top & bottom done and I'm so happy, I'm smiling & talking again. Thank you so much if I could give you 10 stars I would.

Dr David is gentle, quietly spoken & professional. He has restored my faith in Dentists. I had 2 wisdom teeth out & a crown on my front upper tooth. I am so pleased with the results.
The different nursing staff I have encountered in my 3 visits so far, we're all very professional & caring.
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful too.
Overall I've had a very satisfying experience & will definitely go back!

The dentist (David) was so calm and he and the staff relaxed me as soon as I came into the room. I was a very nervous wreck and they did everything to make me feel that it was ok to feel like I did. After not stepping into a dentist room for over 20 years. David and crew did so well in accepting my fears and not judging me. Thank you so much David and staff. I would recommend you to anyone I know.

I visited this practice this evening as my mom had to extract her wobbly teeth.

We managed to get an appointment quickly and Dr Anand was extremely helpful in getting this sorted.

He explained the options for my mom and my mom said he was gentle throughout the procedure!

Dr Jay who treated my teeth was extremely professional, gently and careful. He is the best i have seen. The price is also affordable and you wont have to take personal loan to get your teeth sorted:)

As a FIFO worker, these guys were there when I needed them most. I was able to fly in late in the evening, and they fixed my tooth and sent me to bed without the pain. They also were absolutely fantastic with pain management before and after the procedure. Highly recommended!

Went where for an evening emergency, lost some of my front tooth. Clean, modern premises, staff nice, Dentist excellent.

I lost a filling on a Saturday afternoon, I was really surprised and so grateful to find these guys open till 11pm. Great service, I don’t like going to the dentist but this was a very good experience.
