14Went in to RAC Travel Dianella to have a new International Drivers Licence made. The guy was very helpful, friendly and efficient and it was made within a few minutes at a very reasonable cost. Keep up the great service. Thank you.
We needed to check on our Roadside Assistance and found the Dianella office the closest to us.
We were served promptly and with very friendly service were able to sort out our membership

Further to this, my wallet was misplaced/stolen in a shopping centre several months ago, and despite my drivers licence, the only way the Centre could reach me was to call RAC (card in wallet), & ask them to contact me to advise me to call & collect it. Thanks RAC
I bought a new car yesterday afternoon, the model is Toyota HiAce Commuter GL. It is a 12-seat VAN. It is used by Child Care Centre to pick up and drop off children. It's past four o'clock when I left the New Town Toyota. I needed to buy insurance for the car and I was worried about the long waiting time on the phone because I had a lot of things to say, so I drove directly to this RAC service centre in Dianella. I gave all the files about the car purchase to a male staff. He was obviously a novice. Not only was there a long wait time, he made a phone call for help, then asked for help from the lady next to him, who said that they could not find the model of my car and could not give the car insurance. I was surprised, I said you could check your computer system as my business bought an identical car last year, and we have already bought the insurance for that car from your store. He then said that my car was VAN last year, and the current one is BUS, which is different. I said the car is the exact same model. He said the government license registration certificate said BUS. I said that was the verbal salutation of Toyota's staff, and you should use the salutation in your system. Then the lady named Kristie next to him calling out impatiently and rudely, ”your vehicle is a Heavy Duty Bus, our RAC does not cover it”. I said that this vehicle is a 12-seat VAN for Childcare centre children, and it runs less than ten thousand kilometres per year, how can it be a heavy duty bus? There are so many this model van on the road, and ordinary car driver's license holders can drive it. How can it become a special vehicle that cannot be covered? Then Kristie shouted loudly “Are you are yelling at me? You go out”. I said I will call the RAC head office to complain about you, and she said she is not afraid and asked me to leave again. I was hurt and very angry. After leaving the RAC Dianella store, I called RAC call centre, it took about 20 minutes to successfully buy an insurance for the car! The model is of course in the RAC system, it is a very ordinary car. I had to write down the process. I hope the managers of RAC can improve the ability and quality of their employees and have an right attitude to serving customers.

The claim officer she is a Racism the one who hit my car sent me a claim number but because I told here I'm in leaves in 5 days she make the process very slowly one time she says he didn't make the application and then he but it on hold I called him he said (I submitted the application) so change my booking cost 400$ so they left me on choice I have to sale it in very cheap I lose they both win?

Recently went to the Dianella Rac i cannot Express how disinterested (bordering on rude) the girl was who was supposed to be assisting me.i was a total inconvenience to her as i really did need some assistance in what i needed to do. Customer service not on her watchI for 1 will never return but i believe she would be happy with that
Very unhappy that my gift voucher was rejected at Rebel and I had to dismiss myself from the RAC Corporate box to go to the RAC Office to sort it out as it can't e done over the phone. When I arrived no one was able to assist anyway. Very poor service!
