5Thank you so much for your wonderful and very fast service (replacing my car battery) this morning and bringing my wandering, stray dog home too!
Went to reinsure my Subaru XV and RAC didn't want to know. Changed that and all other policies to another company. RAC talk the talk but can't walk the walk. Their CS woman sounded disturbed and was obviously following very poor management directions.
Lately I have had to deal with RAC on a regular basis, I have found them so professional and understanding And ever so helpful. Thankyou for your kindness and sorting everything out so quickly!
Over the past 2 years I have been dealing with many different businesses & govt departments. The RAC have been amazing in every way possible. They kept me informed and helped out far more than I ever thought they would.and processed my claim in the fastest time possible
Worst insurance company ever for making claims can't tell you straight. Time lines are not meet or even made no help no real customer service no effort to keep the customer stay away spend a little more for the respect and decent customer service
