Good coffee, our regular favourite is the vegie rap. Always good, but the owners wife makes it best. She must be putting a lot of love in it.

Weird as place. Very uncomfortable atmosphere.not welcoming at all. Not sure what this place even is. Coffee was okay and so was the brownie. Was like walking into the twilight zone lol.

Small little place with good coffee with alternative milk options, nice views of the ocean and kids playground nearby.

We went to the Friday Saigon night and loved it. Great food, cold beer and a sunset, amazing. Looking forward to going again soon.

Dave the owner always has a smile on his face, having a little chat or a bit of banter with my husband.
Always a friendly service, pet friendly even has some cocktail nights too.

Greg, the owner/manager is always friendly. Younger staff not always following his lead on the friendliness. Service is quick.
Love this setting. Just a shame not more space for sitting inside or outside. I've often wanted to have my coffee/snack there, but just not sufficient seats. Outside is my preference, looking out across the Indian Ocean

This is the best coffee in Perth, with an amazing beach attached. If you are lucky you will get to meet and pat one of the many furry friends that visit.

Nice coffee. Breakfast looks good too. Need to get here early if you want a table. Pets allowed and a nice atmosphere and great location.

I was recently visiting the area and came across this gem. On my second day the owner enquired whether I would like a loyalty card. On advising that I was from interstate and in town due to a sick family member he still took the time to chat & ask about my mum. On my last day he gave me a free coffee. Wonderful service & I will be back next time I visit. Thanks!

LOVE this little cosy gem hidden away in Quinns Rocks. I almost don't want to share it with anyone because its so small with only a few seats.

Friendly staff, homemade food, clothing and assorted items for sale. Only have take away cups though. Nice view.

The service here and suggestions as to what to have when your not sure is totally covered by the owner of the establishment.also dog friendly and great food and coffee.

Seriously impressed by the Breaky wraps these guys do! Awesome value and really hits the spot. Choice of veg option is also nice. Great smoothies as well. Nice friendly service and good prices. Can't ask for much more. Worth checking out

Great coffee and can take your dogs but dissapointed you cant walk your dog up the stairs from beach with your dog without the rangers being there

The coffee is the best, and Dave and his crew are always friendly and offer service with a smile. We are very lucky to have this little gem in our community.

The brownie was ok, don't waste your money on the Mango smoothie as you'll taste none of the titular ingredient. No solution offered after raising the issue so the $8 peanut butter flavoured almond milk went in the bin. Ah well hopefully they'll improve it in future. Place looks quaint and relaxed otherwise.
