Quinns Rocks Fresh IGA

Customer service is appalling. I have called in to this shop 3 times in 3 weeks around 5.30/ 6pm to grab a few items. Each time at the checkout I have been served by the same employee. This employee clearly does not want to be there and takes her bad mood out on customers as an inconvenience to her life. There is no Hello, when items have been scanned you get told. 18.18 no dollars or thankyou, when you pay, she simply walks away leaving your items on the checkout to pack yourself, no offer of assistance. I will now avoid this store, everyone I have spoken to knows exactly which employee I am talking about. The prices are high but it's a convenience store and it's an IGA, so I expect that, I do not expect and nor will I tolerate poor customer service. Woolworths are open at those times and only slightly out of my way. 3 strikes and you are out IGA. Observe your staff, use secret customers. It only takes one or two entitled staff members to ruin an entire store.

I love the range of products. Different than other supermarkets eg fresh packaged fruit salad and fresh vegetables ready to bake like the stuffed mushrooms and more. Lovely staff. Helpful and knowledgeable

Checkout price not necessarily the ticket or shelf price. Often different. No service desk to get it fixed. Don't abide by the scanning code of conduct when items are scanned wrong either.

Standards by all iga stores are raised with a wide range of products. However the young staff need some better training

This is my local supermarket when I visit the big smoke. Good variety of deli products and easy meals. A little on the high price for some every day items tho.

When approaching the staff/manager at 2: 30am asking for help with sleeping tablets or other similar alternatives.after crying from frustration, I suffer from insomnia and headed to IGA with my partner. I felt judged from the moment I walked in, I asked if they sold anything to help me fall asleep, gummies, tea anything. He looked me up and down and responded with a rude tone that he had nothing for me. As I walked out my boyfriend confirmed they were starring at me and I could hear them calling us crackheads. So disappointing. Pull your heads in you work at IGA

Honestly get a grip IGA Quinns Rock. Looking for fresh pasta ie Latina Fresh you wouldn't think it would be so difficult. The Manager told when I enquired 'yeah it should be over there'. Really well firstly show me if you're so sure as I don't work here and I couldn't find it and secondly it wasnt where he said. Thirdly, the lovely lady from the Deli Counter accompanied me to where it was located. There was no selection in the end. I'd rather drive the extra distance for choice, service and price.

Open 24hours a day! Great to pick up essentials at any time of the day. No parking hassles!

Check the prices. Too often prices on the shelves don't match prices at the till. When you mention this to the cashiers they just manually change the prices like they knew already this is how business is conducted.

Check your fresh produce really well. Bought broccoli and it was infested with diamondback moth pupae in their cocoons. It couldn’t simply wash or rinse off and it was in all the little nooks and crevices. Had to away the whole head.

I asked to speak to owner as I felt he needs to be aware of this problem, but the manager declined my 3 requests to speak to him, as he said the owner does not deal with the fresh produce. No wonder!

So I honestly don’t think that problem will be solved soon as I saw another post about infested Brussel sprouts as well.

Also check your prices at the till as it very of doesn’t match what they have advertised on the shelf. It is such a shame considering the convenience of the store times and location.

Good IGA shop plenty of choice bought some flowers. The Rock Chippy is really good.give it a try,

So grateful this store is open 24 hours! Really helped our my little family when we needed some medicines and other items in the middle of the night when our little one came down with a sickness. There’s always a great variety at QR Fresh IGA!

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean store every time I have been there.
Great fresh foods with quick meal and sides. Great when for when I get home and can't be bothered making things from scratch.
Would definately tell my friends how great this store is.

Excellent small supermarket. Nice and clean and the staff are helpful and friendly, especially the lady in the deli section. Great Cornish pasties too.

Never going to buy fresh fruit and vegetables again from this shop. I purchased Brussel Sprouts today at $19 kg only to throw them out because most had some insect inside. This has previously happened when I purchased cauliflower and management just ignored my complaints. Terrible Customer Service

Extremely expensive pricing on Ubereats. Blueberries are $14.40. They're currently $4 in Woolworths.

Fabulous staff.however.as I know it be an age old merchandising trick. Putold product at the front and don't restock till thursdays.lack of products.

Bit overpriced, no eftpos one day but beyon their control.
Update, seems better, fruit and veg always look fresh. Staff friendly and helpful

Always well stocked and open 24/7.
Not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for.
