Everything is ok apart from the fact they turned their breakfast facility into a bar which means they don’t offer you a complimentary breakfast anymore! That’s a big inconvenience so I wouldn’t stay there again!

Called to confirm and enquire regarding booking a balcony and received very poor, rude, unfriendly service from the Duty Manager at night. Very disappointing customer service. Won’t be calling this hotel again.

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could! All of the staff are amazing! I stayed for 3 months with my young family before moving overseas. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Genuinely fantastic custom service. The apartments are nice and a great location. Highly recommended!

Expectional service and a decent menu. Good furniture/amenities and stunning view from the sky lounge.

However, some negatives include no direct access from carpark and noises with the air-conditioning system.

This place has a hidden sky lounge bar on the 18th floor and the view is incredible. Just walk through the old converted limestone church through to adjoining building

Sensational. Built in the 1940s' this quaint establishment, which was once a church, has retained its original condition, yet has modernised and refurbished the amenities and accommodation. Pleasantly surprised. Excellent staff, I was greeted with a very helpful and warm welcome. Highly recommend the Quest.

Because the Managers welcomes any feedback from the clients. Their cleaning services is excellent. Ashlesha is so clean and thorough with her cleaning duties. Ashlesha is efficient with her worke. Well job done

Our service was excellent. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfectly positioned, with gorgeous views of the swan river.

Stayed at that hotel for 2 nights on a weekend: nice room, very quiet.
I was quite surprised the restaurant is closed on Sundays, meaning you can't get any breakfast. They offer to take an order from a restaurant nearby but will charge 10% for that extra.

Very interesting hotel. It has been modernly renovated, on sure it used to be a church though as it still has stained glass windows. Very unique

Very welcoming and a great place to stay, The CEO lounge, Roof Top Bar is an awesome place to relax after a hard day and also a great breakfast spot to start the morning, Staff are friendly and would definitely stay again next time in Perth

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Cheap secure parking option. Balcony was surprisingly a great size. Skybar isnt open on sundays though which was the only disappointing part of our stay!

Went there for a workshop and used the function rooms and was very impressed with thr facilities, food and ammeneties. Would recommend for corporate training.

Trying to sort out an issue with a deposit being held for well over 4 weeks. They are useless on the phone better off to go straight to court.

The staff here make this the best hotel in Perth, and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at world-wide. Welcoming, friendly and polite, they keep the place spotless too. I can’t think of anything they could do better.

Your hotel uses the most amount of water in East Perth always washing the path at the front and using the hose to move the leafs from the path and road way. Guys use a leaf blower stop wasting so much water!

Just wanted to say how good this place is.
I’m in isolation to go back off shore from interstate and can’t leave my room.
Very frustrating.
But the staff here have help to no end.
The willingness to help has been amazing.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
