Quest Bunbury

Stayed here for a night away. Loved that it was close to town and beach.

Staff were more than helpful and room was clean and comfortable

We had a great family vacation. The accommodation was great, so nice to be able to get away and have a kitchen (with a dishwaher) and laundry to cater for my family. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The weather was cool but the family tried out the pool. Great little area, with a bbq, seating and a toilet. Being cooler weather we stayed in at the evening, was nice to have many channel options to choose from.
Convenient location, big park and cafe across the road, sort walk to more cafes, shops and Taffys.

Bad review I wouldn’t bother staying here found two big cockroaches in the room running around also no ceiling lights worked had to use lamps and no lights or fan in the bathroom reception lady was very rude highly suggest not staying in this hole

This was a great quest. Apartment was a bit cramped but had everything you need.

It was well maintained, clean and tidy and the staff were really friendly.

They have a nice small pool to cool off and a couple of free to use BBQ's in the pool area.

Hotel itself is fine but it's a 2 star place.its a motel.

Lacks accessible parking. No lifts either. The parking spaces are very narrow.

We chose this place for the location but immediately encountered guests drunk on beer, looking to pick a fight, which left a sour taste in our mouths.

Rooms are opened by physical keys and power is linked to the keychain. Makes it hard if one person would like to stay in and sleep while the others go out. They have to be woken up to open the door.

Lady at the check in was lovely though.shame about the rest.

Very comfortable stay, everything we needed. Very clean and well kept. All the staff friendly and very helpful.

Had a mini getaway with family for my birthday. The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was lovely - very clean and well-appointed. The facilities were great too, but the standout was Claire at the front desk who always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble for her, including delivering a high chair to our apartment and taking our recycling. Highly recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.

Nice room but disappointed we paid the same rate for a Sunday stay with no room servicing
No notice in the room that it would not be serviced on a Sunday
If the Monday is a public holiday… too bad, no service for 2 days!

We stayed here for a night but it was a delight. The rooms are well appointed for a family and are very reasonably sized. Service was impeccable. Location is just 5 mins by car to most major attractions in Bunbury. All in, a great place for a pit stop on the drive from Perth City to MR. Strongly recommended.

Great rooms and friendly staff. Best thing was the beach views and being able to cross the street and be at a beach suitable for kids! We even saw Dolphins this morning

Staff very accomodating, appreciated getting early check in to be able to get ready for a wedding. Rooms were nice & clean. Great spot.

Great staff and location, place is clean and tidy with good pool and bbq area. Very close to main street can walking if you want.

Spacious and comfortable. Adequate kitchen with all necessary equipment to make self catering easy and enjoyable. Great central location within walking distance of the foreshore and Dolphin Discovery centre.

Clean and tidy, a nice comfortable bed, a big shower with good pressure. Location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service. Very professional but also a very caring attitude. A homely feel about the place. The room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Clean and well presented. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been to Quest Bunbury several times over the last couple of years and without fail everything is always impeccably clean and well presented. I travel all over WA for work and it is great to see the attention to detail given to this location by the staff and owners. Please keep it up!

Overpriced disappointed in room size car park always busy cannot get near room and spaces cramped. Tap size too big for sink. Nearly banged head on microwave cupboard near sink. Toilet near stove lol. Tv too small cant see teli from sitting at table too small. Bed fantastic. Aircon dripped

The staff at Quest Bunbury go over and above to help you. We had to do a 14 day isolation here plus some extra time here when we recently moved from Brisbane. The team at Quest Bunbury are some of the best you would ever deal with, they really do make any request feel like it's no problem and they really want to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to visit Bunbury and the south west region.
