Cancelled an order on a mate. Still hasn't returned the money yet, wouldn't go here anymore.

There are definitely unforeseen circumstances that could warrant a delay due to suppliers not having stock, COVID or illness but customers should be updated especially if they are seeking a refund for something they paid for but haven't received. Obviously if this was something that was recently purchased it would be understandable but not giving an ETA to someone for 2 months without communicating any issues that you have can be frustrating for a loyal customer, essentially all they want to know is when the product they ordered is going to arrive or when they will receive their refund.
Quenda Games is no longer at this location, it has been replaced by Perm-A-Pleat, a school uniform outlet.
Quenda Games may have re-located but it's unlikely.
