Would never recommend this place to anyone. First of all the receptionists are very rude and need to learn some basic customer service skills. Few months ago I booked an appointment with a doctor in person and was never told about their cancellation policy. The appointment was made the previous day evening for the next day morning. My whole family was down with cold symptoms since few days and we tested positive for covid in the morning. We obviously didnt want to go the clinic and spread it as it was not the right thing to do. So I called them up as soon as possible to let them know about it only to be rudely told that I had to let them know earlier and that they will charge a fee. Which didn't make sense to me as I couldn't have called up midnight or early morning. Since then they have been harassing me about this by sending unsolicited emails and phone calls. Tried responding to them but they dont seem to care at all. It definitely is not about paying the fee as I totally understand if it was a fault from my end. But this particular situation was beyond my control and I was only trying to do the right thing by the society, staff and other patienst who would have been present there. Being a clinic and in healthcare business one would only think that they would understand a person's situation and be considerate and kind enough. But they don't seem to fit the category. Anyways I am taking this seriously and going to get in touch with APHRA or WA Health or whichever organisation that can help so that another person who is trying to do the right thing doesn't get harassed by this clinic who is only after money.

I have been a patient for many years. However, as I am moving away I asked for my records to be sent - the reception staff require $50 to email my records to my new doctor, this is ridiculous. I rang and spoke to a receptionist and she was rude, told me there was no other way I can access my records. I have worked in many practices before and we have NEVER charged to transfer records.

Made an appointment, got the email confirming the appointment in the morning and arrived to be told the doctor is off sick and it’s now a telephone appointment. Although that can’t be helped, it’s a waste of time driving there and we should have been called. Get the telephone call from the Doctor (for my daughter) to be told because she has not been sick in the last year she would get no rebate and charged at full cost. So she is punished for being healthy. Or is it just you have not made any money out of her so get it all in one go. Money grabbing clinic. Waste of time. Won’t be back.

Last July I had blood discharge and I was 6 months pregnant, I called this clinic and like young and new receptionist sed will just transfer to like senior receptionist bec. I was crying already, first time I had blood discharge and I was alone, can't drive too. The senior receptionist sed like why im calling dem, i shud call emergency in a rude voice! Then, she hanged up. Then, recently I called for blood test appointment, I forgot and doesn't know dat no need for an appointment, and now I recved a messaged dat dey r charging me $50 fr no attendance. When I called dem today, they r insisting that I booked an appt to doctor which s I did not even book. Doctors are okay especially for kids, went there for my 5 yrs old daughter they r really da best doctor. Only communication with receptionist different.

I highly recommend this Practice to anyone seeking a warm, friendly and helpful Reception staff and to notch Dr.
I see Dr. Madeleine Gayler who is absolutely wonderful. Dr.listens, has the patience of a saint, is thorough and all with an infectious smile. One that can't do anything but brighten my day even if I went feeling blurgh, yuk etc.
Although I have to travel a15-20minute drive to attend Centre it is well worth the effort. My health issues are seen to with professionalism and warmth.
Thank you so much.

Unfortunately I feel the practice has gone down hill. All the good doctors have left now and one receptionist in particular is just downright rude. Despite my complaining about her already she continues to be rude. Have found another practice to attend now which is a shame because not too long ago I would have recommend Queensgate to anyone who would listen. Not the case now.

1 star to the receptionist sitting in the middle, instead of getting her nail painted may be she need to revisit customer service 101, no manners at all, giving attitude to customer just a reminder that it us the customer who contributes to your wages, and not to judge a book by it's cover because I earn 5x your annual salary.

A solid 5 to the DOCTORS.

We had our newborn appointment with Dr. Bethany and she gave us a good and thorough advice after hearing all the concerns without rushing for the next patient/ appointment.
Definitely recommend this clinic and the doctor.

All the doctors I’ve seen so far are always great and well experienced, Dr. Majda in particular, a benevolent physician always willing to help. Receptionist and nurses are friendly as well. Another happy patient:)

Have seen several Doctors here including Dr Karen Madja, Dr Madeleine Gayler, and several others. Everytime I attend I feel heard and feel like the doctors genuinely care and take their time to assess.
On several occasions the doctors have gone above and beyond what I've expected from them, in order to help.
They've always been compassionate and friendly.
10/10 recommend.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have found an excellent medical centre & see two of the best GP’s Dr Jackline Oku & Dr James Paratore. It took us several months of searching for a new GP, after our regular of 20 years stopped practicing elsewhere. Drs Oku & Paratore are knowledgeable, thorough & kind.

Have seen Dr Duff for several years and find her to be fantastic and very caring. The practice staff are professional and the wait times are reasonable.

My family members have has been Patients of Dr Karen Majda and Dr Yoshie Tien for a while and I am very satisfied with the care my family receives. I am a health professional myself so may be I can assess few things better than other patients. They have a team of good professionals with welcoming receptionists, professional doctors and kind nurses. Doctors will run behind their schedule at times, there are gonna be emergencies and Mental health patients and of course these patients become priority. I will like my GP to be there for me when I will need more time and I get the feeling that these doctors have that attitude. Remember No place is perfect and no clinic can please everyone. Most of the happy patients don't bother giving positive feedback but it's a way of saying thanks to all the team members who work with passion and empathy. Thank you Queensgate Medical Centre:)

I have been to Queensgate Medical Centre for quite a long time now. I have found the staff to be polite and always trying their best to help. I have always seen Dr Andrew Leech. He takes his time and listens to you. I found him to be caring and very thorough. He will have tests done as appropriate and he will do a follow up. I have been his patient for approximately 6 years and have found him to be an excellent doctor.

The covid vaccine is for the whole of Australia but this medical centre is concentrating only on their patients and refusing the right to others which is wrong.

Just another time wasted trip with GP Dr Gayler for my 1.5yo. She had no idea what to do.
Felt like I was chatting in mums group.
I probably went to the wrong dr as I've heard good reviews for other drs in clinic.

Wouldn't recommend seeing her though.
