Can’t comment on the building itself but as a neighbour of the building who has to listen to hours of tenants deafening music, it gets a no from me. I can’t even watch television without hearing arms of an angel blasting through my entire apartment on a Monday night?

Deserves no stars at all. The development is poorly managed. The defects have not been rectified. The strata company and their strata managers are full of power-tripping people, who act for the benefit of the developer. The strata company engages in powerbroking.unfair financial mismanagements of levies, inequitable reselling of utilities to one owner while the rest subsidizes him, and uses the by-laws to their whim to silence critics - all for the gain of the developer who also runs the hotel and who owns majority of the voting power, and at the expense of the residential owners. Any mixed development with a huge number of unsold units, and with a hotel block run by the developer, spells trouble for residential homeowners.

Edit: Frasers Property don't even own the place. It is merely one of the hundreds of owners in the building, so don't behave like you own the place.

It's been a few years since moved in.development / design is not functional -clearly not designed for people who actually live, it is merely to make the surface pretty.sloppy construction work (JAXON - very arrogant and rude), you find tons of faults in the unit.although you have to pay expensive strata fees, they are denying yo fix anything at all.
You see lots of budget cut - you get a cage as a storage - anyone can see inside and easily stuff taken.two car spaces are lined up so you have to take one out to get other one out.how stupid design is that?
I gave two stars only because design is not so bad and some of features are good quality.

LEAKS are all over the building, see photos, think twice before buying, some apartments sold on shared ownership, just to get it sold.
Address is 8 adelaide terrace not 10 adelaide terrace.electricity prices like commercial rates, rip off.

Luxury riverside accommodation conviently located next to East Perth attractions like the Point, Stadium, WACA, Queens Gardens and so on. Great place to live with a sense of community.
