Queens Park Pharmacy, Queens Park East Post Office

Great chemist, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable; telling me new info about medications I’ve been on for years that no other chemist had ever bothered to tell me. I will go out of my way to come here rather than anywhere else.

The lady who works at the pharmacy racially profiles people. Blantley ignores and is rude to customers whilst continuesly scrolling through her Facebook.

I would never dream about treating any of my patients like this. How can someone like this work in healthcare?

Cant even help send a letter. Customer service is shocking! And for that lady complaning about the asthma inhaler for her partner, i was in the store at the time the young guy came in and you guys full denied him, he even wanted to show you his empty one but you guys still said no, you also did not try to assess his situation, he didnt leave abruptly and didnt not leave until you guys were sure not to give him one and said he will try some other chemist. So why you are lying on the reply to cover up her bad review? As i can see, you have many.

My one & only Chemisit I come too, I’m grateful with the most up respect for these guys. Mat is so caring & genuine he cares for his customers health comes first AMAZING & Chris just as caring & helpful amazing friendly service.the girls at the post office are amazing esp Linda & Karen omg Karen is amazing & she taken so much time to deal with my thick head in helping me with postage she is so caring & Linda & Karen know there post WELL I feel safe & in good hands here which important to me. Karen girl your the bomb I to Linda but amazing job by all I feel blessed to have found such wonderful Chemisit /post office so impressed by these guys actually caring & want to genuinely help! Your missing out guys, come in for script or post something & can confirm it all yourself! Queenspark Pharmacy & postage stuck with me for LIFE NOW! LOVE THIESE GUYS! Can’t talk them up enough

Very friendly, but professional fast service. Medications are explained to me. I use Medadvisor to order medications = fast, on time service. Easy parking. It is nice to support a locally owned pharmacy. Thankyou.

Professional friendly staff and great service always. They are happy to assist with any questions and often go above and beyond. A great local community minded business.

Just refused to let my partner purchase a ventalin! Apparently because he didn't have a doctor referral he wasn't aloud one. WASN'T ALOUD SOMETHING THAT COULD SAVE HIS LIFE TONIGHT.

Never has he needed a referral before.

They asked for proof he was an asthmatic. He showed him his empty one he had on him. And still was refused.

He wasn't asking to buy a whole bunch. All he wanted was ONE!

Went to chemist warehouse and was aloud to purchase one.

You people are absolutely ridiculous!

Excellent, professional, friendly service. Mat, Chris, Linda and Michelle also offer a caring environment that is second to none. I would highly recommend. Note* I am in no way associated with this business other than as a customer.

Everytime I pick up a package from here the older lady at the counter is a miserable piece of work. Everytime without fail, she talks to people in such a condescending and nasty way. I witnessed her blatantly bully a customer once for not speaking proper English, should not be in customer service. Disgusting service. If I could give it 0/5 stars I would.

Sort it out ffs

Very long waiting time and other staff did not acknowledge those waiting, not seeming to be doing much and could've helped customers, when i finally got to the counter, the woman 'Karen' was very bothered at me refunding some prepaid post bags and was stubborn in her questions like 'why are you returning these? ' as if she wouldn't be doing her job of helping customers by doing so.after exchanging the item and needing change she gave me the receipt and when I asked where my change was, she replied with 'yeah, I'll give it to you in cash' in an annoyed tone.i was being patient and respectful and supposed that the matter could be handled easily.not sure if this staff member was having a bad day but it made mine that way anyways.not coming back, sorry

Just can't explain just how good the service is at Queens Park pharmacy and post office the incredibly friendly staff just speak for themselves they have made waiting for medication an enjoyable and lovely experience I can't thank you all enough for what you have done in the last year and a bit. Thank you all

I remember the old pharmacist way back in the 1980's an elderly gentlemen very kind. The current pharmacist is very un welcoming. I only go there now and then because the staff are nice. The pharmacist seems to hate witnessing documents as a Justice of Peace. Oh, he will charge you a pretty penny $2.00. He is the only one that l have come across that does? ‍️

I come from SA and I had to collect a letter from them and when I went over, this lady at the counter name Karen was just doing her thing, without acknowledging any customer, without greeting any customer.
When I told her I'm here to collect a letter, she look at me, sigh and did her job unwillingly, I still smiled at her and gave her my student ID as a identification card and she did not mention anything to me, she kept shaking her head and her face was full of frustration.
Unwillingly hand me the letter and the book to sign, she told me I wasn't allowed student ID, I told her I'm sorry I did not know as all along student ID was okay for me.
She look so annoyed, she handed me the letter, I said thank you and she just ignored me.

Is this how "professional" work?
Is this how you treat your customers?
Worse experience I've ever had.

Without notifying me first, the pharmacist charged me $1 per page to certify my documents! Even though I went a previous time and wasn't charged. Never going back there again.
