I want to thank John and Martin on this one. Coming from living in the back of my car in unfortunate circumstances to having martin and John with hearts of gold helping out during the rental crisis has helped me and my partner alot. After staying at the park for a while I have nothing but glowing reviews for the owners and the residents that do their best to make the park clean and safe. A few downsides that ARENT in the parks control is the planes however if you're an avid aviation geek like myself you'll appreciate the opportunity to see some rare aircraft.

It's pet friendly as long as you've leashed up the doggo, and kid friendly too. Me and my partner haven't had any issues here and would recommend anyone who wants to stay and enjoy the sights and sounds of Perth to stay here.

The bathrooms and toilets are wide and clean, the old people who charge fees are very kind and friendly, outside is the main street and gas station, there is no commercial area nearby, so in the evening, everything is quiet.

Good clean facilities, but the park frequently double parks caravans. John is very friendly, but double parking needs to be sorted. Surely, this is against all OH&S.

Wouldn't come here again. It's cheap and near Perth CBD, but the place is horrible. Many fulltime residents and it's in the middle of an industrial area. Lot of noise from the airplanes coming over. Our 2nd day we went to Rottnest Island and we're gone for a whole day. When we came back at 18.00, our spot was given to someone else. Luckily there was another spot available, but still insane that it happened. But the main thing I wouldn't recommend this place: my shorts, bikinis and underwear is stolen from the clothing line. How *** ridiculous is that!?

Rang to ask about site availability the bloke on the phone could not have been any ruder if he tried. The conversation went no good, he no then bye and hung the phone up. If that's any indication of how to run a park stay we'll clear of this place altogether. Most reviews don't have many good things to say

Didn't stay, was looking for my caravan that had been stolen by the people who towed it a couple called Lee and Monique. It was taken from Rockingham Originally. They sent me to a Warnbro address claiming they had to un hitched it because they had to go to work, (The address was bogus) and they were paid to move it! ;only they took off with the van and blocked mine and my partner's calls.

There are many permanent residents here. The next door neighbor is good, but we lived here for four days and were stolen. The first time was just a bowl, but the second time even our clothes were stolen. Eight clothes, four left. Including men's underwear, women's underwear and bikini

If I could give it less then one star I would! Filthy thieving C@$%. After reading some of the mixed reviews we decided to give it a go. How wrong we were, the word avoid cannot be used enough. The park itself is a run down building site With filthy facilities and disgusting company. The only thing that wasnt as bad as mentioned in reviews is how bad the plane noise was.
I truly hope some initiative can be shown by the kind management and the security of the park vastly increased.

Small, Simple no frills caravan park, no trees, just simple space to stop if needed, I would stay somewhere outside of Perth next time, somewhere with some gardens and shade ect

I was worried after reading the bad comments but I liked this place and stayed one week.
People living there permanently were very nice with us.
People are super quiet at night.
There are a lot of planes flying in the area so you need to get used to it before being able to sleep in late. It didnt bother me too much as I used earplugs.
Very modern and clean amenities.
Campspots flats and in good conditions.
Can be a cheap base to explore Perth, public transport nearby.
Would stay again.

We intended to stay here and found the price good since it's close to the city. $200 + electricity. Lots of long term stays and right on the main road. We didn't feel to comfortable so ended up choosing another place. It does have an ablution block and amenities. No grass and large parking spots though only cement pads and small areas.

As always a beautiful place to visit or stay. A great location close to major department stores and shops, I recommend Queens Grove Caravan Park with 6 out of 5.

Pros: Flat concrere and gravel sites with power water and sulige pts. Very tightly packed. All new amenities, well cleaned and looked after. Cheep at $30 a night per site.
Cons: You are close to a busy main rd so you hear all cars and trucks. You are under airport flight parh so landing and taking off planes are deafining! Some of the permanents are noisey at night
