Quality Indian Groceries

They are selling expired products. I bought a badam rogan at the checkout counter and didn't get time to check the expiry date, and it was expired. Please always check the expiry date of each and every product because sometimes they make us fool. I am now in regret of trusting them.

Cogging customers to buy sona masuri rice into Ponni rice. Blatantly lying that sona masuri rice mistakenly packed in Ponni ride bags.

Today i went to this store and i bought rasmalai and golabjaman and tamrien and date sauce and the counter girl was taking for long time with her friends and i had to wait for 10 mins and then i ace all items on the table and then she said 66.93 and i paid again she said that you hide the gulab janam and i said i pit it in-front of you and said no and it was too much and please the owner should check the camera that i pit it on the table and she was talking with her friends and she blamed on me and as onwer of the shop please check the camera from 6: 00 pm today Sunday

I'm by no means an expert in Indian food, in fact I'm a beginner, so I was very pleased to find such a helpful store that had everything I needed to try my hand at cooking something Indian. The shop was well stocked and the staff were very patient with me and very helpful. Maximum appreciation 5 stare

Unfair.i had to buy flour and they asked to buy more things then i will FULFILL THE CRITERIA TO BUY FLOUR, isn't that strange
And i went there not for the huge stock, but just for the ONE PACK of Flour

This is my regular shop. I like that they always have stock of items I'm looking for. Prices are fair than other stores. Staff is helping and welcoming.

Very low quality stuff i bought this broom yesterday and.when i opend that for use made more mess photos attached whrn i bought this the shop owner comes to me and suggest me to buy this so disappointed

Very poor customer service. Almost the old lady charged wrong higher price for the item. Hand written notes screaming at you, “No refund, select carefully” some thing like that. No any reason to go particular store try other nearby stores.

Rude and unprofessional behaviour by the lady at check out, first I asked for the bag she didn’t gave me, after asking for the second time she put items and bag in front of me and puts her hand in her jacket, very unprofessional and rude.

The staff are great and there is always lots of warm welcoming customers. The authentic smells, styles, textures and variety is amazing. Best Indian Grocery out there.

Went to the store today, found jaggery with fungus on them and few other items which are inedible shape. Not sure if they can No aircon in the shop made me feel suffocated. Don't go there in the hot weather.

Great range of groceries. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Reasonable price, quality of food is great. Samosas were delicious. Puris are nice and crispy. Little hearts, Gits Idli & sambhar was great. Banarasi mukhwas is very nice. Wide variety of South Indian food and groceries. Being a South Indian, I find it very hard to get all the south Indian groceries elsewhere, but I get almost everything here. Highly recommend this place, love to visit again and again. 5 star review

Today was a absolute shock for me to see the situation of the store. With this extremely hot climate, the store owner hasn't arranged central Aircon or a spilt AC in the store. All the food items are lying in piles and stuffed on the rack in such a horribly hot store. This store isn't following the Australian standards to store and preserve food. I checked ice cream which was totally melted, so the fridge are also not working or doing it's work properly. The quality of such food items are not edible due to the chemical reaction happening with the warm environment in the store. Just imagine about the staff how they are standing and working for hours and hours at 40+ degree temperature. I would like to know what to be done?

Today I visit at quality indian grocery and have very bad experience. It is a sunny day. There is no Air conditioner or any exhaust fan in this shop. I feel very suffocation over there and leave the shop as quickly without buying any stuff because I can't stay more than 5 minutes in this store. The owner should be concerned about this matter, As I feel very sad for the staff who is working in this bad environment.

Products are unorganised, hard to locate, no aircon in the shop. Frozen food was a joke freezers were not working well as they were over loaded with food. I feel u fall sick after eating frozen stuff.

Prices seems alright, good variety as well.
